I was given Paul's name from a friend and called to have him come give me an estimate. Paul was very professional, he explained my options and we talked about dates. The day arrived! While Paul himself was unable to come he James, his foreman, and a crew of two other guys. I had a giant 45"x45"x22" rock that needed to be removed, luckily my neighbor wanted it, and placed somewhere else. From the time they arrived until they left was under 6 hours, the space went from jungle to perfection! James even snuggled that big rock right where my neighbor wanted without touching anything else in her yard. Such finesse! I LOVE the RV parking area!! Thank you!!

Fantastic results from a very hardworking crew…read more We just moved into a new house and the previous owners put bark dust down as a top layer in the back yard. This made the yard nearly unusable since you get splinters if you're wearing flip-flops or if you dare to go barefoot. We hired Acre Maker to move the top layer of bark dust to the back fence to get the ground back down to dirt so we can plant greenery to make the backyard enjoyable. All in all, their pricing was fair, they went above and beyond, and had great customer service.

PDX SS was referred to me by my new General Contractor. I had another contractor start a remodel…read moreand then walk off the job. After much debate, I needed to have the foundation that had been poured removed and fill in the hole. I was really struggling to find anyone to even bid the project, let alone take the job. Rob, the owner, showed up, bid the job to my new GC, was forthcoming about when he could start and what the costs would be. He was no nonsense, good for his word. Showed up with his crew and equipment the day he said he was going to, and every day till the job was done. He came across many issues with what the previous contractor had done, but he also came to me with solutions and the means to fix them. You have to love a guy who brings you answers to the problems you didn't even know you had! It was one of those, "this couldn't have gone any smoother" transactions. His crew was very careful with their equipment and made sure not to damage any of the surrounding areas, i.e. sidewalks, trees, fences, the neighbors cars. I'm pretty sure that man could tie a shoelace with that excavator thing he was using. Rob did everything he said he was going to do and even more. He went above and beyond. It's very rare, and hard to find honorable, no nonsense guys like that these days. This is an amazing team. A well run business, and just an all around great company to work with. I couldn't be happier. It's hard to see in the pictures, but the "after" photos show where Rob actually had some rich soil brought in and planted grass seed in it for me!! He didn't have to do that, but he did because that's just the kind of guy he is. One of a kind for sure.
