Derrick came out and conduced a good survey and responded with the fair price, and said he would fix it all like it all had never occurred. He did just that. The excavator arrived as planned, a 2 ton stump was removed. Derrick went and got dirt to replace the voids and rebuild the bank, rock to rebuild the rockery, and helped put it all into place. He was right, it was better than before. His crew were extremely helpful and cordial - a good hard working team that were a pleasant experience to have here. We would not hesitate to contact him with any other such things we'd need help with. Easy to talk to, most cordial and helped transfer our depression into productive enjoyment. -- did everything exactly as he said he would and conducted it all with dispatch.
