The didn't clean the porta potty for weeks claiming cars parked in driveway. When you call for service for them to pick it up you are greeted by rude Shelly who refuses to come pick it up or service it even with your complaints of the foul odor it's remitting. Save yourself the hassle and find yourself a company that understands customer service. Even worse, the owner backs up the manager and condones her rudeness. STAY AWAY!

The staff is always quick to help with any issues such as when I need to add another unit temporarily or need my access hours extended. As an antique dealer, I have many business friends who also use storage facilities throughout New England and I get to hear all their problems and complaints. Luckily, that is not the situation here. Even in inclement weather the area is always plowed and or shoveled to easily access my unit. I've never had a problem with gate access and clean restrooms are always available - even though it's not a climate controlled unit, I have never had any damage from water or moisture, and never hesitate to leave anything in my unit.

Valtran did not have an issue with renting a 20' container with an open-ended return! I called them after talking with other storage companies that charged far more and locked you in for additional fees. The container that was delivered was clean and secure. The driver provided recommendations for storage along with placing those little dehumidifier cups inside. Alas, we had a humid summer and some of the items did get some mildew and warping of furniture veneer. That's no fault of the company or container, strictly due to the ridiculous length of time I had it and not assuming it would have been over the summer. Every person I spoke with was cheerful, helpful, and courteous. I recommend them to everyone and if you need a storage container? Look no further than this company! The price is right, they are professionals, and you will be pleased with your decision.

I brought in two pairs of pants to be hemmed and one pair of jeans that only needed one button. She tried to charge me $70. When I paused and took a second to add up in my mind how two hems and one button could be that much, she says, "yes, three pairs to hem and one button that's $70." I said no, only two hems and on button. Did you do three hems? She says she needs to find her glasses and then corrects herself. Apparently she can't read her own handwriting. Now it's $50....for two hems and a button. I said "ok I'm here and I did not check the prices ahead of time, here's my card." To which she says, "no cards." I ask if there is a sign posted anywhere that says cash only. She walks over to an open interior door and closes it. On the back of the door is her hand written sign saying "cash. check. venmo". Luckily I had cash on me or I'd have been sol. So I'm visibly taken aback by the unprofessionalisms and I've paid cash, standing silently for change. While getting change she mentions that "in ten years you're the only person to complain about prices." Standing silently is not complaining. Anyways I tell her that it's the combination of all the factors. She just got huffy and told me to not come back then. Oh nooo, I can't go back?
