However, when attempting to cancel, staff refused to honor our original agreement and claimed they changed their policy last week to require a mandatory 30-day notice. This forced extension is a blatant tactic to squeeze an extra month of dues out of members across multiple accounts and add-ons. Changing contract rules after the fact without written consent is predatory and deceptive. They will gladly take your money, but they make leaving nearly impossible through hidden policy shifts. Save yourself the headache and go to a gym that respects its members and honors its word. Formal complaints are being filed with the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and the BBB.

The staff are always moving around the gym cleaning, checking to see that all guest are doing ok and making their presence available if needed. Made Well House has changed my relationship with my body, and the Lord. Not only that, but as someone who works from home with lots of other people in the house, having a place to work that feels safe and clean and welcoming (and not a coffee shop that I have to essentially pay to work there) has been a game changer for my mental health.
