Avoid this company like the plague. Removed everything then told me the countertop did not fit and refuses to correct THEIR mistaken measurements. THEY measured the faucet hole to far back on the counter and expects me to cut my window seal or use 4 inch faucet. I am a 100% disabled veteran that these people laughed at when I said that was unacceptable . I have have a hard time making meals with a kitchen. Only real option is DoorDash. Appears we will have to use our lawyer to force this company to do WHAT THEY AGREED TO. LOWES SHOULD NEVER RELEASE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY ON POOR SENIOR CITIZENS Daily Compansation for lack of a kitchen or anyway to prepare meals. Day 1 Inconvenience no kitchen $100, Doordash = $63.70 Day 2 Inconvenience no kitchen $100, Doordash = $86.40 Day 3 Inconvenience no kitchen $100, Doordash = $43.67 read more

Ordered cabinets and countertops from Lowe's the same day. We had the measurement done and BC Stone could not get the estimate written correctly after the site visit. BC Stone had 4 different projects on the estimate instead of the 3 we wanted to get completed. One project was on the work order twice. We request for the $120 be refunded to our card, as it was not our fault the estimate was never corrected after many attempts by email and phone to Lowe's, Sage Surfaces (Lindsay Matelski) and BC Stone to get it corrected. Emails went unanswered. Sage Surfaces blamed BC Stone Inc and BC Stone Inc blamed Lowe's for not being able to get the estimate written to correctly show the 3 jobs. We canceled the job, received our deposit back (less the fee), and chose a local countertop company. I do not recommend Lowe's, BC Stone, Sage Surfaces, or Lindsay Matelski. read more

This countertop project took 4 months. It was not templated correctly so there were many redos. ASK FOR MARIO AND JASON TO DO THE WORK AND IT WILL BE DONE GREAT! They know what they are doing!! read more

This company sent 2 non English speaking workers who flooded my 90 year mother's house, $13,000 damages and haven't paid a dime. They cut the sink hole wrong and expected me to get a different sink. This has been going on for a year. They have taken a we don't care attitude. I have never dealt with a company this bad. Lowe's told me they were insured and would take care of it. Lowe's should be ashamed to use ths company. read more

Remodeling a kitchen during the pandemic has been epic. Back-orders, wrong orders and no orders. One bright spot was the gorgeous walnut butcher block countertop we ordered from BC Stone via Lowes in Lancaster. I have worked with hundreds of contractors and supply vendors over the years and for me, it's always about how a problem is resolved that matters. Mistakes happen, you gotta get over that. So the opening for the faucet was not in the right spot. I talked to Dave and we got it worked out and resolved yesterday. Absolutely one of the best experiences of problem solving in recent memory. One quick phone call and we had a win-win situation. I didn't tell Dave this, but this was not the product my daughter was expecting. She wanted and thought she had ordered from Lowes a butcher block countertop that one can cut on because we come from a family of chefs and that's what we're used to. This product is (immaculately) finished. But it's so beautiful my daughter immediately got over her upset and is very happy with it. I bought her some cool cutting boards and she's a happy baker once again. So thanks Dave, and all the good folks at BC Stone! read more

Disappointment doesn't begin to describe the disaster with our kitchen counters and backsplash. After measuring wrong and arriving unprepared with no brackets, etc. for the lower counter top, they wanted to charge ME $500 to fix their mistakes. I have paid in full and have no lower counter top and no back splash, and nobody at LOWE'S who recommended them is of any help. A lot of promises made. None of them kept. read more

BC Stone was great to work with. They were the last step in a very long bathroom remodel and the initial order was placed (by a different vendor) incorrectly. BC Stone helped identify the problem and then was very fast in getting the order corrected and redelivered. read more

I could not be more happy with the beautiful quartz in my master bath. I looked for months to find the exact quartz that I wanted and they were able to get it!! Even better is that they were able to install the full slab on the second floor. No one else was willing to do that. The measurements they took were precise, they matched the grain perfectly and my house was left immaculate. They even power washed my driveway afterwards to rid of any residue while cutting. As you can see, I cannot say enough good things about them. read more

Our countertop was delivered without the hole for the faucet. The installer drilled the hole on site, and did it angled. Now the faucet leans and does not seal properly with the granite. Any water on the countertop leaks through and under the sink. The seams aren't matched up well and need to be smoothed on the edges. There is epoxy still on the countertop smeared around the seams. The installers promised they would return to fix these problems. I have called multiple times and have always been told the same excuse. "We'll fix it. We'll have the 'scheduling department' call you." They either never call, or schedule an appointment day on us that doesn't work for us. These problems still have not been fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Countertop Consumer - Beware of the sink cut "finger-bridge". My supplier was Lowe's of Morgantown, WV. I had countertops installed in my remodeled kitchen. This is the one job that I paid someone else to do. I was please with the purchasing, template and how professional everyone was. The product is beautiful. I am writing this review because I do not want someone else to experience what I did. I am very dissatisfied that I have a seam on both sides on my sink. I contacted BC Stone, the installer, and they told me that this is a very common practice. Please make sure that when you have countertops installed, have the seams defined when the template in done, and certainly before you agree to the installation. Did Lowes and BC Stone meet the terms of the contract? Yes. Do they have a satisfied consumer? No. Every time I walk up to the sink, I am annoyed. read more

Awful, awful company. Upon first installation, the granite was not sealed properly. Consequently, there are large dark spots all over our counter, even after drying and properly sealing. Shortly after installation, the sink (which BC Stone installs) fell in. The sink was full of dishes and our counter top chipped. BC Stone has been back to our home twice and has admittedly NOT fixed the sink properly. Also, Dave from BC Stone is extremely rude - awful customer service throughout the entire process. read more

Fantastic experience working with BC Stone. Another local company told us 4-6 weeks for granite countertops. After 5 months I was told we were 5th on his list....I asked for my deposit back. My husband suggested BC Stone thru Lowes. I went to Lowes in Altoona, got some great advice from James, I picked my granite. This was a friday. The following Tuesday the girls from BC Stone called to make appointment for measurements. Pat Murphy came and took the measurements with a lazor. I have no clue how that works but my contractor /husband was impressed. The whole process from my trip to Lowes to installation was LESS than a month! I was kept updated through the whole process by several calls from the installation staff. ( Kayla, Jess, Charlene, couple of the names I spoke with) There was one small problem with the sink but the installer was able to fix it to my contractor/husbands satisfaction. I haven't moved into my new kitchen yet,but I know if there are any problems when I do I'm sure BC Stone will be available to make it right . read more
