On top of this when I told them what happened they said "Uh oh not again." If this is a known issue, put a "BROKEN" sign on the ATM!!! DUH

THAT IS CRAZY. we went back to the bank to speak with them about it, she said to get the limit raised but it would have to be approved by the VP of Moody Bank. She said they would contact us the next day. Never heard a word from them.....We can not do business with this Extremely slow bank/. They are literally like the dark ages. Do youself a favor and do not bank with them. It is your money but the act like it is theres and you have to jump through hoops to use it.
