It's rarely ever a good experience. They have used my accounts without my authorization. For your office, I apologize for my rudeness but not this review. I got my insurance nearly 45% less with Geico now. We save $100 per month now. This last time when I asked to cancel I was told if they dropped the price would I stay.... REALLY They should have done that when they raised it 18 months ago the first time. The other detail that people need to know is that State farms doesn't do 1-year policies anymore. They do renewals every six months and the only reason for that is that they can raise rates sooner instead of waiting for the one year to raise. It's worth checking around for better rates people.

I've left several messages for her and have not gotten any return on my call nor do I have my money she promised me. My return of $1090 is all theirs except $378 they left me. The computer screen said I would get $578 of my return. Being avoided makes them look like they decided to be thieves and keep the money. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! GO TO JACKSON HEWITT!!!
