They did a schedule E in 2021 which my parents live on that property and not myself so I had to show proof to my lender that I had income for that property. Robert the accountant excuse was that I didn't tell him to do a schedule E for tax years of 2022,2023 because I said "that property is not a rental my parents just pay me and I pay the mortgage" I said that nothing had changed from 2021 into 2022 so for me to have to tell the accountant how to do his job is ludicrous. Don't do business here unless you want to pay 300 dollars per tax year they file incorrectly. Here is a picture showing proof that I really did have to pay 520 dollars for them to fix their mess up.
