In Sept 2025 my middle son was killed in a car accident.I was on fire about the liablities that cost my son his life. They saved me the agony of a fruitless legal cost and the emotional toll as well. They did have a recommendation to recieve fund from auto insurance, that you have to pursue to get it. My sons widow now has 6 young children to care for and a van that was running on borrowed time. The honest input from Mr.Brannon, helped us with funds toward a replacement vehicle. I cannot say enough about Attorney J.D. Simpson and his law firm. I was involved in a motor vehicle…read morecrash where another driver pulled out right in front of me as I had the right of way. I had significant injuries and called Mr. Simpson for help with my claim. He navigated my entire case, dealing with two insurance companies. Mr. Simpson gathered all of my medical records, conducted an investigation, and put together a demand to the two insurance companies. The initial offer was approximately $10,000, which did not even cover my medical bills. Mr. Simpson filed a lawsuit and recovered over seven times that amount on my behalf. He would not back down, encouraged me to push forward, and fought for me until the insurance adjusters agreed to pay me a fair value for my claim. Mr. Simpson was willing to take my case to trial, but I made the final decision for my case. Thank you to Mr. Simpson and his team of professionals, what a blessing it was to find them during my time of need

After winning the trial in December 2024 the matter of attorneys fees, which the judge awarded me…read morehas to be worked out. The defendant declined to pay the fees presented immediately after trial so a hearing needed to be held. That first hearing got scheduled in June 2025. The day before this hearing my attorney advised me that the defendant's attorney had a medical emergency and needed to reschedule. I am a little suspect of the timing, but let's assume this delay was unavoidable. The second attempt for this hearing was scheduled for July 2025. The defendant's attorney did not show up for this hearing and apparently the cause was that Mr. Wentz did not file the correct paperwork. To his credit he told the judge it was his fault and he would get it corrected. The third attempt at this hearing finally occurred in August 2025. Let's not forget though that each delay adds cost to the client. Attorneys sending e-mails back and forth to each other can add up quickly at $250/hr. Even after the third attempt, Mr. Wentz had not calculated the attorney's cost correctly see my review on BBB.com.
