I will say that I really don't care for the parking lot too much but since they're not too busy it hasn't been a big problem. Just not a lot of spaces and when you have to use the ATM, the back area isa little confusing as to how and where you should try to get out of there. The last time I was there, the ATM wasn't working right and I had to go inside but had to park behind the building and there's only the entrance in the front so it's not a convenient trek from there. Otherwise, they do everything else very well.

We have been with this bank for years. I was account owner, my deceased wife and son were…read moresignature members, they had their own debit cards. When my wife died, in July of 2026, no letters, now warning, etc... Went to make a transfer and it's said, denied, deceased lock. So called the bank, and it's cause of my wife, dying, told them I had destroyed her card, and she was a signature holder only, it was my account. doesn't matter this is how they do it, so in my stressful time, and while I mourn my wife, and trying to pay for things, for her celebration of life, my funds are locked up, unless I want to call everbank, everytime I need funds! This is BS! if she was a joint account member, would be 1 thing, but as a signature member, no! So I guess when I get her life insurance policy and death certificate, I will be finding another bank, who doesnt screw their members in time of trouble or stress in life!
