We emailed him and he said he would get if finished. We called the office numerous times and were told it wasn't done or it would be by noon that day. We also sent emails that were ignored. When we finally spoke to him, he half apologized. At that point I just wanted to get it over with. When I realized I needed to add another document, I brought it to the office and was told they would get back to me. I never signed my taxes, but they are now being deposited in my bank. How is this possible?! DO NOT use this unprofessional, untrustworthy office! They are only out for money and overcharge for services they took over a month to even respond to!
