When it's time for me to send them my information, copies of forms, etc., they first email me a document that contains about 20 or so items/questions that I need to respond to....things like my full name/address/SS....then info on charitable contributions...stock trades/dividends, etc. The usual. It's very easy to follow along and just answer the questions, save the document and then email it back to them. Uploading copies of 1099 forms, W-2's etc to their website platform is also very easy. In mid-Feb (when it's not quite as busy as say later in March, or early May), they turned around my income tax return in under 2 weeks...and I think closer to 1 week. I definitely recommend them!

I've been getting my taxes done here for the last 5 years and might I say, It's a pleasant experience every time! Very professional and timely managed. I've been dealing with H&R prior to using BBS accounting and I was always super bummed that they seem to always take if not all most of my tax return, once I was referred to BBS I got back more than I've ever got when I was dealing with H&R block! I went to Ali's office a few months ago. I was drawing in debt with the IRS. I had over $100k in debt. They had a lien on my house they seized my bank accounts. I lost a lot of sleep over this. One day, I heard about Ali and decided to call him. Man, I am so glad I did. He was able to wipe out my debt with the IRS. Took the lien off my house.
