In April we were told we'll have a kitchen in 6-8 weeks and here we are at the end of September, still waiting! We are living on take-aways and ready meals, in an absolute mess as they keep making mistakes. After months of delays, some units were finally delivered only to find out that they were almost all wrong. We couldn't believe it, and even their installers said they've never seen mistakes like that before. Even when they sent replacement panels weeks later, they also had mistakes and needed to be remade! Installation started 66 days ago and was supposed to take 2 days. Worst is that there's no communication at all. The only time they did reply in writing was to try to blame our floor levels for another one of their mistakes... and we were the ones who had to point out they made the panels 4cm shorter than the drawing! On top of all of this they have done extensive damage to our property (1.2m scratch in brand new floor, large dents to new stair rails and recently restored original period features of our house). And not once have we received an apology throughout all of this. We feel so ripped off and have no idea if we will even have a kitchen in time for Christmas at this rate. Have lodged it with Fair Trading and will probably end up having to go to small claims court. When we escalated to the CEO Peter Bader, he twice said in writing he'd call us the next day and both times did not. Seems like this is a top-down systemic cultural problem with a deeply flawed operational process, zero ownership and no accountability or care from anyone there. The only thing they seem to be able to do is open new showrooms, advertise and sell more kitchens that they know they can't actually deliver. Please seriously consider this and the other reviews, and stay far away! Unless you like being tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket with just a mess to show for it. They have no idea what they are doing and will turn your life upside down in more ways than you can imagine.

After speaking to Renee and Joe, we found out about our options. From that moment on, we knew that when it came time for our kitchen to get remodeled that we would not go to anyone else. We spoke to Dolla about it in the showroom since she had a lot of expert knowledge about it, which always helped us make a wise decision. Tina's help has always been one of the most important things to us. She always helped with organizing the tradespeople and we could always contact here. We were always able to sort out concerns and issues during the process with her. We will not hesitate recommending Apollo Kitchens for all of our future projects. Since working with Apollo Kitchens to complete our home, they have been one of the only companies that have been a pleasure to work with!

We were convinced the company would correct the problem but owner/designer John was condescending and suggested we were being overly critical of the floor, yet several of their workers agreed that there was an issue with areas of lifting. Such a shame that a magnificent project could not have been perfect. The design was so very wonderful and all of the workers were prompt and professional. Wish we could give them a 5 star review but the floor just leaves a bad taste.

We caught you out on camera and had to chase the driver, who simply said to call Head office and drove away. For over a year have been chasing you to replace. Management (Wessam Issa) at Paradise Kitchens refused to speak to me or acknowledge issue and would simply forward my requests to their courier company which was a personal hotmail email address. To which I get emails back and I quote "since you have enough time to whine and whinge all day...... I'd be more than happy to see you in person, and sort this out (insert threat) ... I don't want to hear your name or your petty emails again.. then suggest I should send an email to a different personal hotmail email" Seriously bad customer service! How about actually taking responsibility for your actions, it's not like you dispute the video footage or claim you did not do it, you instead just don't want to fix or take responsibility and instead flick the issue off to 3rd parties who decide to insult and intimidate. Very poor customer service

We stupidly paid a 40% deposit and likewise had many promises he was coming to install but never shows up when he says he will. In the last 3 weeks he's been here all of 2 hours to install a tiny bit of kitchenette. As he's holding up everyone else we've been chasing him to complete the work but now he's had his phones disconnected. I don't think we'll ever get the work finished or our money back.

He then shows up and comes up with all the excuses he can to delayed the installation week after week, he sends you unqualified installers who work on his warehouse, who then go and drink at the pub at lunch and come back and make mistakes in the joinery and then you are left with no joinery. Fady turns off his phone when you chase him, he is six weeks late to deliver a small kitchen. Do not trust this business or man with his word and under no circumstances give him any cash. Try calling his business and see what reply you get, this business and man is A COMPLETE FRAUD. Happy to show you the contract we have with him, this matter is now with fair trading and I can't wait for the ATO to start auditing this 'cash' business.

Started work in June to redo a laundry, bathroom, kitchen bench and splashback as well as move a wall to incease a bedroom. Consistantly failed to arrive on time, failed to return phone calls and was full of excuses and apologies when finally contacted. Eventually done the laundry to about 80% completion ( Still don't have cupboard doors). The kitchen bench and splashback were re done but the telophone point is still not fitted to the wall and window frames were ripped off but never replaced. The bathroom was demolished and the wall half built, leaving my family with no shower or bath for 3 months. Mohamad than advised he was broke and could not finish the job, even though he had been paid in full for the job as per our agreed terms.
