I was hired here about two weeks ago. Before getting hired I was under the impression that this was a marketing firm and that I would be managing accounts from an office, but that was just a sham. What they won't come out and tell you up front is that what they really do is door to door solicitation for one product, AT&T UVerse. The owner of the business, Rosetta Easley, seems nice at first but you soon learn that she is a grade A liar. They purposely withhold information from you about the duties of the job until your first day. You're told to wear professional attire and then on your first day they will act like they forgot to tell you to bring 'field clothes' which is athletic wear good for walking door to door in neighborhoods in. They won't disclose a schedule to you either until the first day when they notify you that you will in the field until dark every day. They also don't disclose a pay rate or set payday and will proceed to not pay you as long as they can. This is why I left. I was told I would be receiving a check on my second Saturday and it is now Wednesday and they have misplaced my check. Don't fall for their smiles and uplifting words. They will build you up just to use you to meet their quota. If you see this on a job search site, pass it up. It's not what it seems. read more
