I still went ahead coz I had driven a good 45 mins and it eventually was costing me the same. Later I refused to pay by Zelle and Venmo and they said that they accept credit card too but they would charge me the transaction fee too and I said Groupon didn't charge me the transaction fee so I won't pay it and they agreed . The facial - they told me if I used the Groupon they would do a basically facial and otherwise they would upgrade the serum . As the girl started working on my face . She started talking about my facial hair and tried to sell me hair removal packages at which time I told her I don't any sales being done to me while I'm getting a facial . I feel like they cut corners and didn't use the necessary serums for the facial and it's my guess but upon leaving while dressing up I checked and what she referred to as serums were the glycolic and salicylic acid that is used in the facial and I didn't see any empty vials . So I don't know what they did . Overall , this business is deeply unethical and I don't know what I got, but I'm not going back . I called and she took me in an hour later at her home which seemed "normal" to me because of COVID-19. When I saw it I was so happy because it looked very nice. I was looking at my lashes on my way home and touched them ever so lightly and that's when I felt this hardness all across my lids. When I got home I looked in the mirror and I saw so much glue. More than 50% of the lash extensions were glued crookedly over my lashes. The most I found was she glued 1 extension over 4 of my natural lashes. It's so disappointing because I entrusted her and it was only to ruin my natural lashes. The glue was so thick and just poorly placed. WTF. this is NOT a nail salon by any means…read more I couldn't find a nail salon open after 6 on a Sunday and randomly called this place for a pedicure after frantically browsing Yelp. I had the worst experience and seriously regret this choice, especially because they took my payment by **writing down my debit card number, expiration and security code** on a piece of paper for later processing. I'm terrified to see what happens on that end. There was no pedicure station with running water let alone an actual massage chair. I had to sit in a normal leather chair while holding my legs up one at a time for over an hour. By the end my back was hurting from leaning and balancing throughout the lengthy procedure. The technician (IDK what else to call her) cut my toenails so short that it hurts for anything (my bedsheets, etc) to touch the skin. It took over 30 minutes to 'clean up' the cuticles and it honestly looks like I put my foot down the garbage disposal (too embarrassed to post a photo). She didn't give me a choice of colors, just brought over 3 baby, pale, sheer pinks and had me choose one. She said that my nails were too short to have a bright color. Okay then. The top coat was by Wet n Wild. There was NO massage which was completely shocking because this fiasco cost $28. Yes, she asked me to include a tip. And tried to advertise her other services. I wish I walked out as soon as I realized I was the only customer in the salon. 10/10 do not recommend!
