On the phone I had asked her the price and had confirmed it before she started. When she was done with the treatment, and I went to pay for my har oil treatment plus hair wash and blowout.. she had doubled the price and said it's because she included a hard water treatment serum when washing my hair. She never asked me, nor did she suggest it. She did it on her own and expected me to pay double the amount that was agreed upon. No wonder her salon is always empty.

I took a shower when I got home and noticed it stung under water so upon closer inspection I notice cuts. I just called Sharan Threading and they just told me to put ointment. No apology or anything. Please look into who did my appointment today and train her again. The shaping came out fine but my skin is so irritated it feels like a bad razor burn! ------ UPDATE Sharan contacted me and she was very professional with conflict resolution and customer service. Everything is insanely clean and welcoming. The service itself was so wonderful, Rinkal preformed the services on me and she was so very delightful. My Brazilian didn't even really hurt, yeah some areas were ouch but barely felt it. She made suggestions for other places to wax but wasn't mean or negative about it I felt she had my genuine interest in mind. They have amazing deals!
