They literally have everything here, I wish this store was in Florida, so many things (especially furniture) that I would love to have at home! The prices were great, but just getting it home would be the issue. There are 8 floors of stuff, and you could spend hours in there looking, They also have a post office there. The staff were great, they spoke good english and helped me find things. And, FOOD! You can eat a full meal there, but I choose to eat other places. They also have a tourist area, where you can purchase gifts to bring home. I love this place!

Some of the middle floors between the 5th and 9th floors were completely closed while others were partially accessible. Heading up to the 9th floor first, on a Monday around noon it was fairly empty, maybe a couple dozen tourists wandering around or ordering some late breakfast /early lunch. About a dozen food options with both restaurant-specific and shared seating areas. Shelves of numerous gourmet food ingredients and gifts, fill the rest of the floor, along with a wide selection of wines. What's also nice about this location is the rooftop terrace which runs along one southwest side of the building, with mostly unobstructed views of the surrounding city rooftops. The basement levels contain a supermarket, and also a food court level that was under construction when I was there. They have all the normal grocery store categories here, good spot to pick up some food souvenirs too!

The only star deserved is for the one chef they have for the entire restaurant who was busting his butt to get food out. The food itself was good. Service was very poor. We were not even looked at when we said excuse me or asked for assistance. Other tables who arrived after us were waited on and helped before us. Two out of 5 of our orders were not correct, our drinks did not come out for over an hour and once they did bring them one was missing. Anyone who "knew the workers" were greeted with smiles and hugs and waited on within seconds while we sat here with no water, beverages, or food. Hoping they were short staffed tonight because if this is how this establishment is run they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Would never recommend for anyone to come eat here unless you are desperate.
