The principle Waldek them proved hard to get hold off. Dispite paying some of the money upfront I had to get another builder to complete the job. there are several question marks as to whether or not the company is LTD or not, and the address of the builders as Waldek uses several different addresses. I would ask for ID if you are considering using this builder which I do not recomend.

Only laid foundations and built the external walls. Meanwhile, director Irshad Alli Ramzan kept on asking for more and more money despite having received our deposit. Abandoned project in November 2019 after we got suspicious and requested to see the report from the Building Control inspector. Turns out he NEVER booked an inspection and told his workers to build without inspection from Building Control. Mr. Ramzan confessed he had spent our money for his own purposes and there was no money left to continue work on our project. He also said he expected to receive funds from another project and when that happens he will pay us back. Bottom line - Irshad Ramzan ripped us off and we will probably never get our money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Don't bother with Sean Fitzpatrick services if you actually want the job done…read more We have employed him in November 2016 and it is August 2017- the roof is still unfinished. We hired in the meantime somebody to finish putting tiles as this man, although notified that membrane is leaking would not come to finish the job. Perhaps the guy knows how to get roof done, but he will blame you for all his problems, takes the money, not show when expected and hopefully you will not have to get to the stage we are in and take him to court. He talks a lot, hires general labourers to assist(that he does not know) on a random basis and then gets frustrated with them when they don't do or understand what he wants. Very often a labourer would turn up once, Mr Fitzpatrick would pay the person some money in advance and then the person never show up again...he will make it your fault as well and then ask for more money. Do NOT give him any money in advance. He will not give it back to you. You will never see receipts even for things that supposed to have one year guarantee. Seriously bad experience that none should have while trying to get roof done or for that matter anything else...
