Dishonest Builders - Do Not Use NWK…read more I strongly advise against using Abdelinassar SWIDAAN and son Ibrahim (NWK BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION LTD). Three months after paying for a new roof, it is already leaking. The 8-meter lead central gutter was installed without expansion joints--a fundamental roofing error. When confronted with the leak, NWK refused to fix the root cause. They are attempting to patch a structural failure with "tanking" rather than replacing the lead work correctly. They do not stand behind their 5-year warranty. I am currently taking legal action to recover costs for a proper repair.
