A few weeks ago she came to check out our three dogs, give them shots, check their condition, examine some limping by a hyper two-year old golden. The dogs relaxed with her, ok -- she is handy with treats -- and she took time to observe them. When our 13-year old shepherd had trouble breathing a few weeks later, she was ready to to meet us on less than an hour's notice, referred us to specialists, reviewed X-rays, gave a referral to Appleton and several weeks later came within an hour of our call to put our wonderful dog down. Dr. Deb is smart, compassionate, knows her medicine (my partner ran pet stores, works with the Humane Society and is not nearly as ignorant as I am in these areas) and a delight for dogs and their owners. She is great.

Our Vienna, this week, crossed the Rainbow Bridge in the clinic office. I can't say enough about the excellent care that she has been given by Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Dan in the last months of her life. in her last moments Dr. Dan and his assistant showed incredible sensitivity to my wife and I and Vienna, as she passed away and we saw our best friend leave us. I will be forever grateful to the work that the Clinic has done on our dogs.

I let my dog, Toby, splurge on a shopping spree when we were last in the area, and he picked out his favorite toy of all time, what I have christened his "Scare Bear" ™ Toby, a black lab, great pyrenees, terrier, hound mix was seen all around Fall Fest this year, with Scare Bear in his mouth. He brought it home to Chicago with us, and he sleeps with it, goes on walks with it, and sits it next to him on the chair or the couch. Toby is almost six years old, and this is his first ever toy that he hasn't even attempted to destroy in some way. It's a true comfort item, and he picked it out himself! Toby does some volunteer search and rescue work, and loves to help people and animals in between roughhousing with Mommy and other dogs and running around like a crazy man. He used his Scare Bear to comfort an older gentleman who was having a hard time walking at Peninsula State Park, and he even offered the guy Scare Bear for comfort as he walked the man back to the parking lot. Thanks so much to Door County Dog Store for making my Toby such a happy young man!

Not only with their excellent communication via email with ANY and all questions I have, but you're never rushed out of the visit with the Dr, they listen, troubleshoot and help. They don't stop helping in fact, as I drive 4.5 hours from Chicago for the care of my chihuahua Hugo. Lately Kortney has been taking the lead in helping me communicate some issues with his breathing, and she's right on it, getting advice and direction from Dr. Kim who has really gone above and beyond. Honesty, you can't service like this often anymore, this is the anomaly! And, I found them when asking a local Pet store in Marinette for a recommendation to get Hugo's teeth cleaned.. they said T&C is on the expensive side; let me tell you that is not true, they are VERY reasonably priced for the area and 40-50% less expensive then the vets in a big city. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
