I was not properly greeted and the manner in which the young women went about gathering information is in need of refinement. Furthermore, the waiting area is very small. Consequently, I was forced to listen to these young people babble on and on about some inane thing... videos they liked on some online service. The vet tech, too, with here arms covered with tattoos, could stand to undergo additional communications training.
