The subpoena required I produce documentation to the Family Court, which in turn also required me to attend the Magistrate's Court. They provided conduct money of $27.00 for something that took a full day to action. Once fully lodged and complied with, they withdrew the subpoena and requested a refund of the initial $27.00.
