In reality, I had made the appointment with the MD office so long ago that my son got approved for Medicaid during the long wait for the first available appointment. Her rude accusatory tone was a huge turn off so we are pulling our whole family before we give this office a penny.

After reading Julia's review, however, I decided Dr. P sounded like my kinda woman, "someone I would love to have a beer with?" say no more. So I scheduled my appointment on Friday and they were able to put me in on Monday. I showed up at 3:30 (my assigned time), fearing I'd end up spending my entire afternoon there. Within 10 minutes I was seen by a nurse and within another 5 Dr. P showed up. She's just awesome. Totally conversational, quick to put you at ease, thorough... We talked about my medical history, she ran through a few exams, prescribed some medicine for my nagging cough, and sent me off for some blood work. I was out of the office by 4:15! Because they failed to follow up with me, I was forced to book an entire medical appointment and pay a copay just to get information I should have received by email. I wasted both my time and my money. It is now January 13 and I am still without the medication I need and still without a proper reply. This is unacceptable and irresponsible patient management. Healthcare providers should not leave patients in the dark, especially when medications are involved. I will absolutely be going elsewhere.

I called the office directly and have on audio recording saying they are in-network for the specific Tricare plan, which again, is said otherwise by Tricare. We have both called PrimeDoc billing and left voicemails since his visit on NOV 7 2025! It's March 9 2026! Avoid at all costs (literally!)!!

They used to have an office in Coatesville which was much closer for me but it's worth the further drive to West Chester for the great care I receive.
