Volvo, VW, and Audi is hard asf to service to anyone unfamiliar with the manufacturers bs and…read moreplastic pieces these a0-holes have engineered into the cars to make them more "ECO friendly". we had to have the radiator hoses replaced and the oil changed and the air filter changed along with the ball joints suspension and air ride and many many more affects fixed in other cars over the years and even have had to have a few quirks worked out to help us keep the house. it is a great experience as always & thank you very much for servicing mine and the Banach's cars. Guys you are a life saver. You are the best and the prime in the area other than 1 other foreign place that does euro auto. they are good for small things and computerized bs, but the competition is definitely there when you come to the offshore getty! They took my car back minutes after I arrived, which has never been my experience anywhere else, and diagnosed & took care of the problem my normal service center couldn't within an hour. While there, I asked for a quote for tires, as I knew my front two were on their last legs, I had been planning to replace them next when the mechanical issue arose. I then blew a tire just a few hours after leaving, and my spare was already on - I called them while waiting on my tow home, they recommended me someone to tow it back (who showed up exactly when they said they would) got the tires there by the next morning and had it done before end of day. Prices were very reasonable for the work. I drive a car with 200k+ miles on it that's over 15 years old - car issues are incredibly stressful for someone on a single income with a paid-for car who can't feasibly do a car payment at this time, particularly in a place that's harder to get around on public transportation than more urban areas. I appreciate Walls more than I can say for being so helpful and making a super stressful situation so much easier, and am sold on them for my maintenance here on out.

Used to be a place in Dover I used to take my vehicles in for repair. The two previous owners used to not charge for a diagnosis and if they couldn't fix it they didn't charge. Not the case with the new owner. Hadn't been to Walls in a few years. Mainly because of the distance from my house. The previous times there they did good work at a fair price. Got a check engine light on my RAV4. They hooked it up to their computer and it came back as an air valve issue. They replaced the valve and ran the vehicle and the light returned. Thinking it's a computer issue which they couldn't fix. Long story short they didn't charge anything because they couldn't fix it. They were able to get me in RIGHT AWAY and they offered to tow my car over from the Wawa which saved me time and money. Their Ford Certified mechanic was there and he diagnosed a bad fuel pump as soon as he tried to start the car. I was told it would be a few hours and given some restaurant suggestions while I waited.
