Evidently, she seemed upset with my original Yelp review. Well, let me say again, Poly had done good work for me before, but when I took the order of 6' fence pickets in, they sat there for two weeks before Poly told me that they were unable to do the job. At that time, my contractor went in with me, made a wide spectrum of suggestions as to how they could do our job in their operation. But, they either did not want to do the job or were unable to do it. The bottom line is this: MY JOB SAT IN THEIR PLAINT FOR TWO WEEKS AND DID NOT MOVE BEFORE THEY FIGURED OUT THAT THEY COULD NOT DO IT. If they had told me on day one that it was not something they could handle, there would have been no problem. I am not faulting Poly for poor workmanship, but for poor scheduling and business management I have written about 84 Yelp reviews, take this very seriously, am not out to get Poly or any business. This is a way for us consumers to rate businesses and protect ourselves. End of story.

These chairs had gradually deteriorated for the past 20 years. Poly Engineering did a super job. They gave good advice that helped us choose a finish with UV protection...and let us take one chair to a welder for repair after it was sand blasted, and then back to Poly to finish. Easy access off the freeway. We thought the price was reasonable. We will now sit peacefully in our chairs in our dotage....

We recently replaced the old concrete 2 steps with a new 3 steps pavers wrap around porch. We needed to reinstall and modify the railings to adapt to the new 3 steps. Greg is retired. Two Metal Works turned us down afraid of drilling through the pavers. Robert Merrell said he worried about cracking a paver but accepted the job. The front steps railings are perfect. For years, our driveway gates allowed deer to jump right over an devastate our front yard. I sketched a design to raise the gates to 7 feet, and Robert said, "I can do that". He did such an incredible job, that the new gates look like they had always been there. They look much better than the original. The modified gates are more proportioned to the opening. We were so happy with the results that we asked Robert to modify the pedestrian entry gate. He did it in one day, and again the results are spectacular. Did I mention that Robert is a super nice guy and scrupulously honest?

But again this is no fault of Ben, Ben did an amazing job on my wheels I even had some curb rash damage and it seems like he went above and beyond to correct it because I can't feel the damage anymore on the wheel not sure if he uses some sort of filler before coating but man the wheels look AMAZING!!!
