The most RUDE, unprofessional staff ever. My daughter is 18 and doesn't have the slightest idea of ortho terminology. She was told by the young assistants that on her next visit she would be getting "springs" on her bottom teeth due to the way they are shaped. It didn't happen, so of course I called. "Perrilyn" returned my call and said she spoke with the Doctor and staff and that nobody ever told my daughter this information. I let her know my daughter wouldn't have made this up, as she doesn't even know what an ortho spring is or that they even existed. She then got highly upset and said she would be ending the conversation and having her supervisor call me back and that if I have a problem maybe I need to go with her to the next appt. I then stated that I work until 5pm and wouldn't make the appts. She then got extremely mad and her whole tone changed to worse than before and hung up on me. Anybody that speaks to humans on the level she spoke to me today should not be employed at ANYONES business!!!!!! read more

You get what you pay for this place is absolutely ridiculous. Took time out of my day prior to the appointment to fill out all my information and showed up and they had NONE of my records. My appointment was at 8:30 and and it's 9:40 and we are still waiting. Rude employees. HORRIBLE service. Overbooked. No sense of urgency whatsoever. No monthly checkups. You're lucky if you go every three months. Go literally anywhere else. Save your time and Go to Acadian orthodontics. read more

I am a teenager and expect a good experience my first time getting braces, but it wasn't. My mom was in the back with me and thank goodness she saw that the lady putting on my braces had grabbed the wires to put in my mouth with her bare hands, after touching her hair,laptop,and earpiece. The manager didn't even try to fix the situation after the girl had an attitude and talked to another employee about my mom behind her back, once we told her to wash her hands and be more sanitary. You shouldn't do this, especially since COVID 19 is going on. This place has horrible communication and social skills when talking to a customer. They were unsanitary and unprofessional.Then on top of all that, u have to wait forever and a day in the waiting room. Waited over 2 hours to get to the back. The blond dental assistant is super rude. The last time I was there I cursed everyone out because they make you look stupid. As if you have no idea what work you need done. Yet, they're still so rude! Fillings didn't last a year. Don't go here! read more

7/21/2020 Today was by far the worst expierence at this place. The very first time my daughter was getting her braces, we were about to put our credit info on file and they pulled up her info with the picture of a whole another kid, I should have known than this place was a hot mess, on top of the two hour wait. Why schedule an appointment? So today my daughter had an appointment at 4 pm, we didn't get to the back until after 4:30. The employee who assisted her (Brittany) was so unprofessional and unsanitary. She was typing on the lap top, playing in her hair and with her ear piece. She proceeded to go and get wires to put into my daughters mouth with her bare hands with washing them, sanitizing them or even putting gloves on. So guess what, all the wire is unsanitary now. When she returned, I asked her if she didn' t mind with COVID going on could she wash her hand and get more wire to put into my daughters mouth. She rolled her eyes at me walked to the sanitizer station put sanitizer in her hand and attempted to put gloves on, of course the gloves popped, she had to get more gloves, grabbed the wires with one had she had gloved but before returing made the comment to another employee, "that mom is all worried over some COVID" and than she returned to her work station and began to open the utensils needed to complete my daughters mouth, she tapped the twizzers on the draw and work area, again very unsanitary. At this point I was very upset. On entry I was told I could go to the back with my daughter, now guess what I am being asked to leave the back due to COVID. At this point I asked to speak to the manager. Talking to the manager she was like how can I help you, I began to explain to her what happened, she than rolled her eyes at me, of course at this point I am really upset, I ask her can I speak to your manager and she proceeds time say I am the regional manager over 4 times, than she says do you feel I am not helping you. I said no can I speak to your manager, so she tells me her manager is the doctor and she goes and get the doctor for me. She than ask me to come into a room to wait for the doctor and says the chairs have been whipped down, you can sit if you would like or stand in a very sarcastic tone. The doctor enters the room with her assistant and I proceed to tell her and her assistant the situation. The doctor handle the situation well, she listened, said she would speak to Brittany and that they do take COVID seriously. After leaving the "Regional Manager" called me and asked how she could have made the situation better. You gotta be kidding me. I wish there was a way I could go to another dentist office altogether. read more

Never had a problem in new Iberia it's always the one I'n Lafayette and that girl cat or Catherine she gone Get herself hurt or someone gone hurt her... she talk bout ppl she so unprofessional!!!!!!!DO YOU HEAR ME!!!!
