The first road side service company wasn't used to working with that issue and wasn't willing to to try to get her going. So we called for a tow truck to get it to a Ford Dealer to have it serviced there. Reggie from Hayes Towing & Recovery got there to pick up, but offered to try to jump the battery before loading up. Got it the first time and then after letting it run for a bit, had her turn it all the way off and start up again. Worked fine. As an out-of-state dad, I cannot say enough about Reggie going the extra mile. If all of the employees of Hayes are like Reggie, I will not hesitate to recommend them. I have already let our insurance company know how great their service was. I told my daughter to have let her friends know that if they ever need roadside assistance to call Hayes.
