I can't believe they didn't have a Yelp page until now! If you need something that is not listed on the website, email them! I was able to get several things (plain white plates, a bar top table attachment, white poly napkins, etc.) just by simply asking. I did an engagement party last weekend and used encore for the majority of my rentals and it turned out beautiful! Even though I still consider this a 5 star business, I do have a few complaints: first, if you rent their Chiavari chairs at $7/each that does not include a cushion. If you want to add a cushion it's $4 extra/chair. That's $11/chair which is unheard of. I rent furniture for events pretty frequently and I've never paid more than $8.50/chair for a Chiavari chair with pad. It's sad because you know those chair pads are just sitting in their warehouse unused when they could be renting them for an extra $1-$1.50 and making a profit. Especially if they are the ones that tie. We needed to add a couple of tables to our order last minute and they charged me $30 for a "rental change fee" or something like that. I know it was last minute but I was giving them additional business and I had to pay extra for it? The first time I ever used Encore was last year when I was in a jam and I called the day of looking for round tables, linens, and chairs. They accommodated that order and it was picked up 2 hours later without an additional $30 charge so I don't understand why this order was any different. Lastly, the damage waiver. Most rental companies make the damage waiver optional. When I inquired about this at Encore they never responded. If I was renting expensive equipment like an a/c machine I would absolutely want this included. For tables, chairs, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. I don't think it's necessary and it drives up the price of your event. With all of that said, they are still my preferred vendor in Shreveport. Their selection is incredible and they make hosting a nice event a breeze. They are flexible and want to work with you. Give Tracie a call for your next event, you won't regret it.

My wife's parents and cousins are very crafty, so thankfully they were able to throw something together for the entire wedding in that short amount of time. They are unfriendly and unprofessional, and I deeply regret using them. Don't be scammed by this company. They also own a restaurant in town Sweet Sabine's, and you can bet that I will never eat there.

I ended up doing both and I'm so glad I did. It was absolutely beautiful. The have crystal chandeliers for the tents too. I also used their crystal candelabras for my reception tables.
