I went again and purchased new hair from the salon for extensions that cost me $640 this time but was told would be same price as last .Hair looke new but not same quality feels different and just from brushing is slit ends all the way through not to mention already have hair falling out in 2 weeks where it is to last up to 6weeks. I have called to complain and received nothing but attitude not only from the owner Shannon but the receptionist as well. Was told I am not a good candidate for extensions because I complained and that I can come in and have taken out at a cost and get my money back

Jamie is amazing ! Very sweet and talented girl…read more I went in with my hair a disaster, we just moved and I've had no "me" time in the last two months. My hair was all grown out No style Roots all grown out To make matters worse I took scissors and made a further mess. Jamie worked her magic - Foil Coloured Wash and Cut (2hours) FAST I showed her a photo of what I normally look like and the results are FANTASTIC!! She even added a pink flare. I feel wonderful - me again Thank you Jamie I've already booked my next appointment with her. FOOTNOTE: The rest of the staff are very friendly too, a very relaxing environment and has a clean modern decor.

I wasn't happy that my wife put onto the owners website a very poor rating. I asked for a "mop"…read moretype no comb hair cut. Told the barber to use scissors on top. With the first stroke of the razor on top it was to late! I ended up with a brush cut. Haven't had one (brush cut) for 50 years. What is really annoying is that the owner "took down" the review from her site. I get how she shows a 5 star rating all the time...Any Less Than A 5 Star, she deletes it. What a crappy way of doing business!

She's helped me go from a buzzed cut up the back of my head to long hair, helping me through the challenging stages along the way. She even nursed my hair when I lost quite a bit due to surgery. The ladies in the front of the store also know their products. They listen to what I need, and always help me find the right product. Not easy for fine, colour treated hair, with scalp issues.

If I lived in Gravenhurst, I could see this being one of my favourite little places to hang out…read more When we first walked in, I loved the retro/hipster vibe to it. This place is heaven for your inner geek. Old school board games, a pac man machine and a war-hammer painting station line the walls and floor of this place. We ordered a London fog from the counter. I was excited to see a beautiful selection of teas, there was definitely an emphasis on oriental teas and not as much variety as say, a David's tea but still very nice and a lot of nice lattes and mixed tea drinks on their menu. The London fog was actually fantastic and different from any I've ever had and the girl serving us was bubbly and nice. The strangest and most interesting part of this place has to be the single barbers chair and barber cutting hair at the back of the store. This guy has his own little studio at the back of this coffee shop and it seems to be popular. One of the servers had to turn away a client and said that he was booked up for the day. All-in-all this is an eclectic place that I feel prides itself for it's uniqueness. It's warm and welcoming and if you make an appointment, you can also get your hair cut!

The prices are wrong on the website first of all then they made my poor grandma walk on a slippery wax paper because she was unable to take her shoes off. The lady kept trying to do shellac even though we probably told her 10+ times no. Then they didn't even dry her nails and kept trying to get us out the salon. All we wanted was to treat my grandma to a nice day out since her chemo has been so difficult and this was the exact opposite. I've heard this use to be a nice place but it's different owners now, they also let a dog run all around the salon. Just don't even go here, there's way better options.
