The fish is fresh and wonderful. Try and translate the bits of the menu that remain in Spanish, you'll get a bit more fort your money.
Not the cheapest place around. They don't send out touts to get your business like the other restaurants on the front.
Depending upon the time of year, parking can be an issue. We have always managed to park on the harbour front early evening say about 18:30.
Remember August is the Spanish holiday season too.
I have given them 5 stars because the food is always good, but I sometimes question the value for money. By way of an example, the Cafe Latitude in Denia offers better value.
Don't be fooled by the fish restaurants on the front. They are not what you see is what you get.
Most of the staff at the Baydal have worked there for donkey's years. There English isn't great, but you can get your order across. Do try some Spanish, it is appreciated, even if only get the kids to say "Gracias".
