I have to say when i did go pick up my baby the teacher where all sitting on there asses or talking with the other teachers ! the way my baby is 5 and still talks about what the school did to her at 3 is really heart breaking ! i wish i called someone who could of helped me get justice for my baby ! unless you white or in the military they will make your child seem like NOTHING ! a list of everything they said my 3 year old did. run out the class room run out the school thew a chair across the room my baby has been at a different school since this horrific incident and has truly flourish she has not had any complaints on her as colonial day school put o her, she is the only child she sharing was the only thing we ever had to work on!

In confession I asked the priest why they don't do confession before mass on Sundays, despite having 4 priests, and his response was disheartening. im going into eighth grade and I've been here my whole life- here's a honest review- coming from a…read moregirl who's parents also went here. - so as in of 2024 we students have a new administration. Not only are they late but a bit lazy, yk? I almost got expelled for smtg I didn't do just bc of a rumor. (the rumor being that I kissed girls in the bathroom but that wasn't even me. It was one of my friends but they are so lazy to actually look into things. I was CRYING to the principal telling Her I didn't do it and she didn't care. She threatened to expel me! I had to cry to my grandma and she had to send so many emails just to clear it up) - Ive been going here my whole entire life bro and NGL it could be better. The school tries so hard to keep up a good reputation but they know that their students be doing shady stuff 24/7 AND THEY BE DOING NOTHING ABT IT!! And parents- Catholic School doesn't mean good students. TRUST ME these people vape, etc. they date, cheat, etc. but that isn't the school's fault. Neither is it yours, unless it is- -- - The teachers are nice though, however this school is changing more than ever- popular Teachers are leaving and the school is struggling to keep up. ‍ that's NOT IT. - AND THE TEACHERS CLEARLY HAVE FAVORITES and use biased information to their ability... - I always hated the strict rules and the mysogyny. Like they changed the TIES for what? Just because they weren't feminine enough?! -- - And it's ridiculous that they expect small children to act like robots. like bro- why do six year olds need to repeat the rosary so many gosh darn times . Also- this school just made me want to not be Catholic. I mean like I secretly left the religion in 6th grade. - AND don't get me STARTED on the classes, etc. sure, they teach good education. They teach students to be respectul. But how abt ppl who are special needs? WITH ADHD? Or the gifted kids? They do a poor job on that. - I mean sure- I love this school. I've been going here since I was pre-k. But it's 2024- soon 2025. Parents, it's best to place your student in a public school. So many parents had such bad experiences here, the new school administration is slacking, and the rules are basically still the same as when they made the school back in the 1960s. -- - I hope yall can understand. I hated the competition Here. peace out Also I ain't going to Catholic High School for anyone wondering ‍

As a wine lover, I love trying new places where I can indulge in a variety of different wines. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in and I couldn't help but notice how beautiful this place was. They not only offer an assortment of wine, but also a variety of crackers, cheeses, olives, honey and other treats as well. We were offered a sample of the Sage Derby Cheese and it was so good, I bought two lol. Once everyone arrived, we went into the Wine Tasting Room to learn about the wines of the Pacific Northwest and to sample wines from that region. The class was very educational and I learned quite a few things. For example, Cabernet Franc is the parent of Cabernet Sauvignon, which is my favorite wine. Once the tasting wrapped up, we were able to socialize with the group and the staff. We inquired about the membership and they even shared that they offer opportunities to wine school as well. Overall, I had the best time at Crystal Palate! The staff were extremely personable and the wines were great! Wine Wednesday EDUtastings are a great way to learn about different wines from specific regions so definitely stop in if you are a wine lover like myself! You will not be disappointed!!!

Okay... I officially have a new favorite spot, and it's Crystal Palate…read more At this point, my Wednesdays might as well be reserved because their wine tastings are THAT good. Each week they feature a different region and really take you on a full deep dive -- this week was the Pacific Northwest, and between the four wine samples and the education behind each one, I left feeling like I actually learned something (while still having a great time, of course). I brought a friend with me this time -- the same one who originally introduced me to Cooper's Hawk -- so it felt a little full circle being able to put her onto a place for once. And let me just say... she was impressed. Like, immediately texting people about it impressed. Now let's talk about that in-house herb cheddar. I don't even remember exactly what herbs were in it, but I DO know it was so good I had to buy some to take home... and my friend liked it so much she bought two. That should tell you everything you need to know. What really sets Crystal Palate apart though is that it's not just a tasting -- it's an experience. They offer classes, events, and even certification programs if you want to really get into wine and learn how to educate others. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in every part of the experience. Honestly, I loved it so much I even asked if they were hiring -- that's how you know it's real. Great wine, great atmosphere, great energy... this place is a whole vibe. So if you're wondering where I'll be on Wednesday nights... you can find me and Lexi right here at Crystal Palate
