The lint in the dry was caked on in patches all over the inside, the washing machine had mold in the center tube. The shower / tub had mold growing in it. I'm thankful I was able to clean all the areas, they gave a $50 credit for cleaning all that nasty stuff. Our water was from a well and at times would come out brown, and leave dirt rings in the shower, and would last for days before they would come fix anything. Our bathroom had a leak in the wall and every time it rained it came inside, nothing was ever done to repair it, even after several attempts in contacting the property manager. Also, it took me three weeks of constant badgering to get new stairs, all they had to do was replace the three steps up to the porch. The wood was rotten and screws were sticking up and out of the bottom step. Our drive way was a mud pit, after several days of emailing, calling, they came and put dirt on it! DIRT on a mud pit driveway in the rain...I have no idea how they thought that would solve the issue... Dirt + rain = MORE Mud!!! They finally came and put gravel on the massive mud pit. They would come and shovel the snow hours after we really needed it. I couldn't get in the driveway one afternoon, I tried to give them ample time to get a plow truck out to the property, thankfully neighbors came with their 4 wheeler plows to the rescue and play the knee deep snow. There are plenty more issues I had with the manager, these were just a few. It really sucks that they are one of the major property management companies in Homer.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Don't rent from this company. You'll regret it.read more
