When she finally found what I was asking for she claimed they didn't have it. I left then called asking to speak to the manager then asked him to cancel my acct for those reasons. Six months later my doctors office sent a script there in error. I called the 2 current pharmacies I'd been using, neither had the script. Called doc then called Islip Pharmacy. Yes they had it but weren't filling it because I cancelled my account-CLICK. She hung up on me!! I had been waiting 3 or 4 days now for my script the least they could've done was to call me and explain. I asked to speak to the manager she replies 'I am the manager'. I don't want someone who can barely speak English and get so much wrong to handle my needs.

There were sale items on the floor and sunglasses and hair dye and there was also an assortment of trash paper and dirt blown all over. While I was waiting (and waiting and waiting) I watched an older man with a cane ask about a Covid19 shot. No appointment. Contrary to what the sign on the counter said, the woman told him there were no walk-ins available and he'd have to go to cvs.com to schedule a shot. It appears that you really don't care very much about your customers. You don't have a current list of pharmacies offering on-site shots? You could have called the man an Uber and sent him to a shot and then home. But you just blew him off. Shame on you! How many lives did you not save today?

Starting from Dr. Sarah, Gina, Alicia, John, Joe, are the pharmacists and assistant pharmacists have been so accommodating over the years and have made various calls and have climbed mountains to get me medication last minute when I was very very sick. The women in the front, Donna, Alice, Gail, Linda, I feel like it's a second home and these women and staff and pharmacists are like family to me!
