The tent camping area is very wooded so there is plenty of shade which is nice. We stayed here in April and were surpised that there were SO MANY mosquitos! We did get eaten alive by them even having bug spray on. There was a walking trail right by our campsite to walk to the beach. We took full advantage of that. The beach was clean and peaceful right on the Gulf! The bathhouse was pretty new and so clean and nice! There are sinks and mirrors right outside the showers as well as sinks and mirrors right outside the toilets. The showers were clean, spacious, have a bench to put all of your things, the water was hot and the water pressure was great as well. When checking in the staff was very friendly and informative. The office has a small selection of "general" merchandise you might need to save you a trip into town to a store. They also have firewood for sale. Be sure to get wood when you get there because the staff is gone at 5 or 6 and you won't be able to get wood after that; we made that mistake. If you have kids, there is a playground for them to play on which excited our kids. It was close enough to the tent camping area that we were able to see them playing from our campsite. They do have bicycles for the kids to ride if they didn't bring their own. My daughter learned the hard way that the bike she chose didn't have breaks and she took a pretty hard crash! I definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

If you are in a camper you are probably fine from the noise but if you are in a tent good luck with sleep. Otherwise, this is a fantastic campground, cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a campground, great people staying there. As a solo female traveler this was the perfect spot for me to set up except no beach access and I was in a tent so got no sleep. Left after 1 night instead of 4 and while they told me it was nonrefundable they did not disclaim that the beach was closed or the noise.

Our site (18) was ample in size with a lovely view of the stocked pond. Believe it or not but we actually used the camps wifi! It was great!! The pool is brand new from the looks of things. Nicely done. The bathhouse facilities were also just as spotless. They have a well-appointed little store as well on site but its only minutes away from everything you could possibly need. Its very peaceful and quiet. The staff here were VERY helpful and gracious. The entire place was just neat as a pin. Ill be recommending this RV Resort to everyone I know!!

It's a beautiful place on the gulf with its own very long fishing pier. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming . You can stay in this quiet and peaceful spot while doing day trips to Dauphin Island 20 minutes away, Mobile 30 minutes, Biloxi 50 minutes, New Orleans 2 hours and Bellingrath Home and Gardens 10 minutes. Has full hookups, pool, free WiFi and a long pier. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular as are the views of the gulf. There are several restaurants and grocery store within a10 minutes drive and places to buy fresh seafood to cook. This resort is a hidden gem and we are loving our stay here.

We had a 3 ton excavator within feet of our rig bouncing us all over the place for days. The owner refused to do anything about it and pretty much told us that she was not willing to work anywhere else in the park even though there was probably only five guests. and on top of all of this, there's no place to walk your at all unless you fancy doing it on a main road or a private field.

Unfortunately, several things made the experience less than ideal. The WiFi was extremely slow to almost nonexistent, which made it difficult to get anything done online. The bathrooms were locked during our stay, and the office closed before 4 PM with no staff visible on site, so it was hard to get assistance if needed. The campground seemed to function more like a long-term work camp than a typical overnight RV stop. There were quite a few older RVs that appeared to be permanent residents. We also noticed a lot of feral cats around the property, and several residents were driving through the campground pretty fast, which made it feel a bit unsafe for walking around. It worked for a quick overnight stop, but based on our experience we probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

He came over and started helping me move everything, got bit by fire ants, and went and got some poison to throw out. I later put some more out and was waiting a day or two to make sure that the ants were all gone. I work long hours and its been pretty dark by the time i get home, so i havent had a chance to get my area back together. I came home the other night and he had placed my rug back, pallet and my chairs neatly back where everything belonged! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He did not have to do that for me, but I am so grateful he did. I told that long story just to show how much he looks out for everyone! Also, Angie works so hard in the office. She is usually still in the office by the time i get home from work, way past closing time. They have made my time here so enjoyable!

These are lovely condos compared to everything else. There's never anyone in the hall. The person that said it was crowded. It's so not crowded. Several people actually live here. There's always parking. There is an elevator for handicap and elevator to take you to your room if you don't wanna climb stairs, the boardwalk is very safe and nice. I love the big decks. That's why I always stay here. The balconies are fantastic for drinking coffee playing cards on the table and chairs. There's always a sitting area on a table and chair area And in the corner there's a sitting area around the corner for the price. They are fantastic. The one we just stayed in 70 one had new furniture a person with us needed a recliner. Everything reclined and I love it was brand new. The kitchen is laid out so well I love the Jacuzzi tub that cleans itself after every bath and they're like that in every room Every condo you won't find a better place to say across the street is the pizza place the wonderful wine bar with French wine across the street down the road is the islander and I mean barely down the road.
