Then 4pm rolled around, nothing. Called again, got someone this time who said no drivers were available, which is totally fine, definitely short notice, but communication is key. Asked to set up another time for Monday, since the business I was looking to have my couch picked up from was closed on Sundays, but I got a confirmation email saying my driver was assigned....for Sunday. Tried calling back again to get it changed, again no answer, and just received a text from them saying it got moved to the 30th. I definitely would have preferred a call - poor communication is thamy biggest thing so far. I'll update this if rectified by awesome service on Monday! Update: wow. Had to move down to one star. Had a guy scheduled to pick up my couch at 3 pm, it's an hour later and I called the business it was to be picked up at and no one has showed yet. No answer from hired hitch, and no call back.

Stopped in and dropped off 3 pairs of chinos and 2 sweaters on Monday and had them back by Wednesday. I asked for no crease on the pants, and the person behind the counter made sure she checked them before handing them back to me. I also like that I got a text message mid-day on Wednesday reminding me that my items would be ready for pick up, although I would have liked to have had the price included in the text message. Super friendly people and they did a great job on my clothes. I'll be back!

Here's a company that has fallen badly…read more I had a package the merchant scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. I got notice from Fed Ex that it was going to be delivered on Tuesday. But, I was away until Thursday. I put a vacation hold on to schedule it for Thursday and all looked good. Tuesday I got a text notice that the delivery attempt had failed because no one was home. I called and was told that happens but that my hold was on for a Thursday delivery. Next their system showed attempted delivery at 5:22 AM on Wednesday but that no one answered the door. Unimpressed, I let that slide due to the previous day's phone call. Thursday the tracking showed it was out for delivery by the end of the day. I waited all day. By 8PM there was nothing so I called. The agent said it got to the facility late and didn't make it to the delivery truck but that it would go out on Friday. That contradicted every previous communication from FedEx about it. We'll see, but I can tell their tracking system needs a lot of work and even their agents can't tell what's going on. UPS can show me up to the minute where the truck is with my package. FedEx has no provision for Feedback so I turned to Yelp to provide it.
