Unacceptable Rudeness and Blocked Access by Truck 38 at 6:30 AM Rating: 1/5 Stars initially 5/5 after talking to the company representative I am writing this to warn residents about the extremely unprofessional behavior displayed by a driver from Bay Area Contracting on the morning of October 23, 2025, at 6:30 AM. A large truck, Unit 38, completely blocked my residence on Pinehill Drive in Mobile. This vehicle was positioned to obstruct my driveway, my mailbox, and my garbage can/recycling bin--blocking all access. When I approached the driver to ask him to move the truck so I could get out, his response was both aggressive and completely unacceptable. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and ultimately resorted to calling me an "asshole." While the truck was eventually moved, the level of disrespect and the use of profanity toward a resident, especially at 6:30 AM, is appalling. I contacted the company and they were Super nice and understanding about the incident. I am satisfied that the Company is good, just bad employee or maybe he was already having a bad day. read more
