There were only a couple of the nursing/CNA staff there that were pleasant. All of the other staff were less than pleasant and were snarky when speaking with them. Forget about the weekends as there was a fill-in nurse at the nurses station. She never left the station and was playing games on her phone the entire time. Only one CNA(?) for several patients and saw her once walking down the hallway. The nurses station down in another hall had 4-5 nurses and other staff which were sitting at the nurses station chit chatting and laughing like they were at a get together. Supposedly, all patients are supposed to get a shower twice a week. That never happened. My family member got ONE bedside clean-up the week they were there. My family member was supposed to get physical therapy while there, the whole reason he was there. They barely did any physical therapy! The first 3 days he didn't get any physical therapy. The other days were very minimal. My loved one will NEVER go there again!

My wife and I decided to sign up to live here and will be moving here in June. TJ, Amanda, and Jennifer were excellent and we felt we were part of the Montclair family. The Montclair looks like a well kept castle. Service is wonderful, and at the age of 71 we are ready to get away from maintenance, housekeeping, and preparing food, because it is done for you. On the phone and in person We drove 12 hours to see a patient and we had the code and she was very very rude. ( it was like a power trip for her) She said the POA had to call first Before we could see or talk to patient. We had the code. Five stars here Next day, the new nurse Jennifer was very nice and showed a lot of affection and told us, as long as we had the code there was no turning the people away. So I think this Chelsie needs to have a talking too about being like this to guest. I talked to another person also visiting And said that Chelsie is very rude as well
