After 1 and 1/2 months I gave up and started searching for another  company. I found a few that looked good but then I found Tight Lines and saw that it was woman owned.. I was excited.  I called and Ashley came out the next day.. she sent a quote in 2 days... I gave her dates I could do the job and she got right on it with the permit process.. Got it scheduled, showed up on time and completed the job in one day.. I asked lots of questions and never felt like I was bothering her.. She was cool, calm and collected.. A real pleasure to work with as were her employees.  I am happy to support a woman owned business in a mans world. So if you need an electrician... He was pretty 9condescending in our visit and very noncommittal on a time frame. I understand part of that may have been due to my telling him we had a building inspector who was requiring a permit. She is basically a hemmoroid for everybody concerned, but that's not an excuse for how these people are handling things. Neither the 'lead' nor their office have been very helpful or informative on what is going on. I've had to chace them down to find out what is going on! They were there one day, then disappeared! Did I get a call, a text, or an email with a status update? NO! I had to chace them down after days with no work to find out. Lost a week of work! Into week 2 now. I call the lead. Bad connection, he says he'll call back. Never hear from him again! I texted him for a status update No REPLY! I call the office. Girl is friendly, but can't give me any more info other than the inspectors now want a drawing of the building, showing the work proposal. (OH yeah, 'work proposal', something they still haven't given me!) Oh, but their billing department is RIGHT on top of things!! They had a bill in my email within a day of the 1 day they actually showed up to do something! A little info and clarity when things come up would go a long way towards my work schedule planning. There is none of that with this company. It's like this job is just a nuisance to be ignored. There was a lot of other work I needed done, but I've had enough. I'm canceling all work not yet started, and firing these guys. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Steve came to my house the next day to inspect my fuse panel and outlets at no fee. Within 15 minutes, he found a problem in one outlet and replaced it. He was professional, kind, experienced, and let me watch over his shoulder as he explained electric basics to me. Their charge was surprisingly very reasonable. They came yesterday and said they couldnt install it because there was no power in the existing doorbell. I reached out to Deltron and had an appointment for today. Kay was right on time and he was able to assist. Turns out the Best Buy technicians didnt know what they were talking about. He installed it with ease!
