Throughout the duration of my vacation I was routinely told that my cat could not be found. It seemed like little to no effort was made to find or play with my cat, luckily my family was able to visit and play with my cat using minimal effort. She filled up food but did not fill up the water in the two weeks leading me to believe that she was unreliable, however she did show up everyday and was able to bring in packages. I will not be using her services again in the future, I do not feel that I can trust her with my pet.

These Veg folks were "absolutely amazing"! Truly wish they provided basic vet services. Sorry staff names escape me because it was all about my fur baby at the time. Nevertheless the doctor, intake staff saw my baby opened doors, were gently, handled her with care almost comparable to mine, spoke softly yet direct clearly explaining her state which aligned w/her primary vet, looked for other options when requested (although there were none and knew it but was hopeful). They gave us a private room so her brother and I could process the information given and research ourselves and all roads lead back to giving her much needed peace, and rest w/out pain and further complications. They did "NOT" rush me and we were there for hours! They gave us space yet conducted business professionally. When the moment arrived the doctor sat on the floor w/us stoked her and as promised she slept although it was the most horrible and tragic moment ever experienced. I wept and continue to weep and grieve my beautiful fur baby. She was the best but for her final moments we could not have been in a better environment. The space is like a small cozy sitting room w/a love seat nice floors and lighting but with med equipment thoughtfully placed. After her passing, they lifted her gently onto the gurney covered her and allowed me as much time as I needed to love on her body 1 last time. I kissed her hugged her stroked her and the doctor and staff gently spoke of how much of a good girl she was. She never made a sound even when they connected the IV. When leaving they escorted us out and told us to reach out. They were phenomenal and will recommend them to anyone in need of emergent pet services. Thout it was a bit pricy for less than 5 minutes for the entire process to occur, for the treatment and care both she and the family received, worth every penny. Bless your heart my only sunshine.
