I started seeing him a few years…read moreago on a recommendation from my sister (who's a nurse & also has hypochondriac tendencies) and I'm extremely grateful. I have a little bit of "doctor phobia" and both the staff & the doctor are super kind & understanding. I rarely have to wait past my appointment time and am often seen a few minutes early. Exams have been comprehensive and Dr. Brand is thorough in explaining things & answering questions. What really sets him apart, IMO, is the personal touch. The day after my appointments, I get a call from him to personally review my results. Just last week, I had my first mammogram (yay for turning 40...) and I had a call with the results just THREE hours later. Does your doctor do this? If the answer is "no" you might want to ask, "why not?"

My wife and in-laws love her no-nonsense style and referred me to her after using her for years. Normally I would feel uncomfortable with a female doctor, but it's something about that Old World charm when you turn your head and cough that let's you know it's all business. Everything is over and done with quick so you're not left waiting. Doctor appointments seem to be quicker here than any other doctor, and that's good when you're nervous about all the people around you coughing out the Black Plague. A couple years back I had a problem with waking up with sinus pressure and I thought I was allergies, but I would take allergy medicine and it would barely help. Now I'm barely ever sick, so I was clueless and asked her if she knew anything I can do. She prescribed me this nasal spray, I only use it about twice a month but I wake up with the sinus pressure a lot less now. She's a miracle worker!

Yelling at me, they literally should work someplace else other than talking to patients. HORRIBLE. You two need to drop the attitude. Felt literally like the 2 of them wanted to fight me in the parking lot. Get some class ladies.

We saw Dr. Zimmer at the Good Hope Road Aurora location for a well visit to establish care with my…read more2-year old. I was told upon check in that our insurance was out-of-network, and I told the receptionist that I didn't want to proceed with the visit. She called her manager over, they entered a few more things into the computer, and then confidently assured me that the appointment would be in-network. Later received a $530 bill from Aurora. I called the customer service line and was told it was my fault that I didn't further question the receptionist's manager. Really disappointed in the customer service here, from the beginning of the visit to the billing experience, and I would not recommend receiving care here unless you're very confident in your network coverage.
