Then he continued to pressure us during the whole process and tried to make us feel bad whenever we had concerns, and actually laughed several times when I voiced my concerns. It was after hours and he followed us home to collect the $1000 earnest money check because he said it couldn't wait till first thing in the morning when everything was open again. The icing on the cake was when we were having issues getting one of the many documents that they wanted within two days, and he said "Well if no one is going to do anything then we're done." We had been jumping through hoops trying to get everything together for them in the two days that they gave us to do it. On top of moving from where we were and working. We were stressing non-stop to try and get all the things they were asking for together so I was appalled at the audacity of him to say we weren't doing anything and telling me he's done. Then on top of that, he called us at work to say they're keeping the $1000 earnest money even though HE'S the one who said we're done and pulled out of the deal. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and rude he was and I will never again work with LGI after this experience. I wish I had read these reviews initially because these people are clearly greedy scam artists who will do and say anything to make a dollar.

Three months later we had to 48 hours to close on our new house or lose it so we asked Lusi to contact the investor to say that we were willing to take the offer. She didn't even bother to reach out to them for several days, which meant we lost that opportunity! In the end, MY HUSBAND found another investor to sell our house to. We contacted them, negotiated, and sold the house. But guess what?! Lusi still got close to $18,000 for US selling our own house. I have no idea what she did to earn that money.
