Ordered some Promag 1919 magazines. Never received them. Opened a ticket w/Battlehawk, but they simply said it's Fedex's problem, not theirs. Contacted Fedex, and they helped me create a tracking ticket, but said beyond that, their system requires the shipper to start a lost package ticket. Once that is initiated, Fedex could better help me locate the package or initiate a potential refund. I asked Battlehawk multiple times to help me initiate this ticket w/Fedex, but they repeatedly refused to, simply saying it wasn't their problem. Never doing business with them again. Plenty of other reputable sites out there with better customer service. read more

Saw ammo deal I wanted advertised on sale and in stock. Placed order. Received email confirmation that item was in stock and I would receive tracking info. Later checked order and saw order canceled. Did not receive any information until I submitted a ticket. Logged on account, no record of order, all order info that was there before gone. Horrible communication. Ordered a month ago, I got an update that it was ready to ship on 12/18/2020. Nothing since, they won't answer a phone, respond to an email, absolutely no response at all. At this point wondering if this is a running business or not. If i ever receive this gun it will be my last order. "In stock" does NOT mean IN STOCK. I placed an order and like the website said I gave them plenty of extra time to fill my order. After 23 days of my order showing as "SUBMITTED FOR FULFILLMENT" I use the sites "CONTACT SUPPORT" option on the orders page asking about my order. I then get this "I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner, it was a dropship from a distributor and they sent an out of stock email I just now found. We apologize for the error, unfortunately this item is out of stock here, and out of stock at all of our distribution/fulfillment warehouses. You have been issued a refund in full (please allow 1-7 business days for refund to fully process). Please signup for a wishlist back in stock notification to be notified when this item will be back in stock. Thank You and sorry again for any inconvenience this has caused." OK this MIGHT be believable if the same item didn't show as "in stock" (for double the price), on two separate occasions AFTER I had placed my order. So when I place my order it shows as "in stock" but it's "out of stock". Then it's "in stock" days later at double the price. My order still doesn't get shipped. Then I'm told it didn't ship because it's "out of stock"???? Sounds to me like they just didn't want to honor the original price. Bought a gun here via online. Crazy fast shipping gun came in around 2 days or so. Item was in perfect condition. No signs of wear or use.

I'd steer clear of this company. They do not provide customer service at all. As an assistant manager at a gun store who purchases frequently thru BattleHawk, I'm disgusted with how there is no customer service. I ordered an optic with insurance (extra $25 on battlehawk) and found out that they put the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke with UPS who stated, battle hawk contacted them to "update" the shipping address because they used my last name as the address. It had been delivered to the wrong address before they caught the mistake. After being ghosted for 2 weeks, they finally reply that they can't do anything once order is shipped. Now I'm out of $200, no refund, no package, no customer service. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to hassle a business to remedy a problem that wasn't my fault. It seems they would rather point the finger at UPS to blame when they should in fact be held responsible until the package reaches the customers destination. Poor poor customer service read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMAPNY!! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH AND LIE. I made an online purchase for a Charles Daly Chiappa Model 202A 20 Gauge 26" Over/Under Shotgun from BattleHawk Armory on October 27th, 2022. The order was shipped to K&K Hardware in Bettendorf, Iowa and received on November 1, 2022. When I inspected the firearm at my FFL Dealer (K&K Hardware) I noted that this was not the firearm that was advertised and that I purchased. The BattleHawk Armory Website stresses that you must go to the Manufacturers Website to get the most accurate photo and description of the firearm you are purchasing. The Charles Daly WebsIte shows a straight thumb groove forearm, a fancy trigger guard and semi-gloss wood finish. The specifications list the Weight at 6.4 lbs. and the receiver material to be Aluminum. The Actual weight of the firearm I received is 7 lbs. and it has a steel receiver that a magnet will stick to. It also has a different non grooved flared forearm, a plain trigger guard and flat (Non gloss) wood finish. I called BattleHawk Armory right away and they do not take phone calls. So, I sent them an e-mail stating that this was not the firearm that was described on the manufacturer's website. They first refused to take it back, but after several e-mails, BattleHawk Armory agreed to accept the return by sending a return label to my FFL (K&K Hardware) and issuing a full refund upon return of the firearm. To this date, a return label to my FFL (K&K Hardware) has not been sent. THEY HAVE A FLASELY ADVERTISED PRODUCT AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS WILL CATCH UP WITH THEM AND WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS FOR LONG. read more

Now I ordered a Rifle Scope, and it was in stock. The scope has already shipped with the tracking number. 2 day service with these guys was fabulous. Pricing was outstanding. My sole purpose is to relay factual information based on firsthand experience so others can make informed decisions about which companies they choose to do business with. I zeroed in on BH Armory while searching for a particular firearm. I was hesitant to proceed when I discovered they have no phone for sales, customer service, etc. That should have set off alarm bells and served as a BIG red flag. Regardless, the firearm was listed as being in stock but my local FFL holder was not listed in their database. I had the dealer email his FFL to them and include my name as purchaser. I waited until I could find it in their FFL list. I made the purchase and received email confirmation. Note that my credit card was charged at time of purchase and not when the item shipped. Subsequently I received a "no FFL record on file" email. I followed up by emailing them a signed copy of my local dealer's FFL including my name and order #. A couple of days later I found my purchase history empty and the firearm no longer listed. When pressed for an explanation I got a "sorry" and speculative BS about why they don't have the firearm. I recommend that you carefully consider whether doing business with this outfit is worth the risk of being terribly disappointed that you did. Accurate inventory and timely communication are NOT some of their strongpoints! read more

I had seen a novx cross trainer 65 +p 51 per box ammo seek an was looking at them an desided to buy 3 boxs at 24.99 plus shipping was aprox $94.00 would 153 rounds ,they did the bait an switch on me ,an sent me 3 boxs of 20 in the 65 grain extreme.i sent a message ticket was created 16576 ,told me my message was all over the place ,they cant understand it ,so i keep it simple like above an they tell me???? we have the right too substatute ,so i tell them i have a ton of the arx 65 gr an paid like 14.00 a box for them dont want or need those for that price ,an that they owe me 93 rounds ,if i bought 3 x51 is 153 they sent me 60, they shorted me by 93 so paid 30.00 + per box for something i never wanted ,had told ammo seek about ,an it was changed ,i have never seen a shop that just out right refuse to make it right ,i have no problems with any other seller ,but 1 an they shorted me 50 an had them out the next day we are paying enough as it is ,just dont buy from this place my reciept said 3 boxs X 51 i sent them a picture of that an the 3 boxs of 20 read more

tried to purchase a citadel boss 25. place order and waited 14 days -- no shotgun. emailed battlehawk --- cancelled order --- said lost my info --- don"t knew if they ever had the shotgun in the first place, or didn"t want to sell it at the price advestized of 330. had to go to visa credit card to get my money back. will not deal with these people again! read more

Be advised that BattleHawk Armory does NOT take any returns. Here is the email response I received from them when I tried to return an item I had just received a few days earlier (the item was not used and in it's original box): "We do not accept returns, the returns with 20% restocking fees are for rejected guns at point of sale only." Now I'm stuck with a $125 item that I have no use for. They do not state this policy on their Home Page or on any of the items pages. You either have to click on "Store Policies" or somehow catch that they tell you that at checkout. I personally feel it's an unethical way of doing business. read more

There was a shipping delay with UPS as the label was unreadable and it was returned to Blackhawk Armory, but Adam was great about getting the product back out to me and my FFL in record time. THANKS! I had purchased a Beretta PX4 Compact from Battlehawk Armory and upon initial inspection everything seemed fine. Although when I did my first detailed cleaning of the gun I come to find a groove along side the safety lever that didn't seem like it was supposed to be there. So I compared it to 2 other Beretta PX4 handguns that I own and neither of them had this groove. So it was obviously a cosmetic defect. I contacted Battlehawk Armory by email and was asked by the owner Adam to, and I quote, "Nick, Do you have a picture of the slide? I can call Beretta to find out next steps, we do not have these slides or anything readily in stock to repair/replace." So I sent him what he requested and after not having heard from him for about a month, he finally responds with, and I quote, "So you have time to contact me 8 times, but not to call Beretta for a manufacturer defect when we shipped you a brand new gun almost immediately? Wow" So evidently he never had any intention on contacting Beretta in my behalf. He wanted me to, and I responded with telling him that I did not purchase a brand you gun to have a cosmetic defect, otherwise it may be new but should be sold at a reduced amount as a Blem. I even offered to keep it if he would refund me $50 due to the cosmetic defect, but he never responded to me regarding my offer. Then when I confronted him about contacting Beretta for me in my behalf, he goes back on his word by telling me that, and I quote, "You agreed to all bold terms on website saying once gun is accepted it is between customer and manufacturer. Please take up all concerns with manufacturer. You are merely looking for a handout on a cosmetic manufacturer issue." So he uses this excuse to not help me because he didn't want to honor what he originally said regarding contacting Beretta on my behalf to resolve my issue. Well anyway, he was nothing but an arrogant ass with no integrity and I would never purchase anything from him again..!! Lesson Learned... read more
