Best time ever! I didn't know I would get this sweaty, probably an equivalent of an hour intense workout! 1000/10!

It was our first time, and we played Deadwood Phobia, a zombie shooting game. It was a great game for beginners. Some of us got scared and screamed, which made it even more fun. Check in and getting fitted with the VR gear took about 10 to 15 minutes, and the game lasted around 30 to 35 minutes. The staff was friendly, efficient, and did a great job explaining everything. They even gave us a safe word if anyone needed to pause the game. The VR equipment was clean and well maintained, and the rooms had a cool futuristic feel. The mystery box prize for the winner was a nice touch. Overall, it was an awesome team building experience and a fun way to let loose. We'll definitely be back to play the other Deadwood episodes.

I prefer the shoot-em-up games like "Deadwood" because it is you (and your team) vs the zombies. The graphics are incredible and each year the virtual reality gets even more incredible. A new twist they now offer is a video that you receive that superimposes your immersive action. This really brings to life what you experienced and is a great memento.

Our game was the pirate themed Depths of Osiris (check out the preview vids on YouTube), and it was perfect for a team of an adult and two ten year olds. My boys had no trouble getting used to the VR gear they had to wear for the experience (a headset and two hand controllers - it was their first time). We had to cooperate to solve each room's puzzle to unlock a new room. Eventually, we got to the final scenario which was exciting and really required us to collaborate. The puzzles were well constructed and mostly understandable from a logic perspective. The graphics and sound were pretty decent (it's not super-high res like Cyberpunk) and matched the gameplay perfectly. We got some timely tips from the game master too, and cleared the puzzle with about a minute left on our 45 minute timer. The facilities are super clean and well maintained. They also have snacks and drinks which are nice to make the visit special for younger kids. My sons want to come back, and I do too. I also heard they are adding a physical escape room, so definitely something to look forward to.

Memories are always priceless and can never be bought! Bought my tickets ahead of time. There is parking right out front and gated so your car is safe, they have security guards as well. You can stay a long as you like when walking through no time limit! Which is cool because I know a lot of places are in a time limit. We had a ball! Saw so many cool things and had such a fun time. Definitely come by with your little family and have a family day!

Her favorite part was right at the beginning, where the sea animals were swimming on the floor and she could step on them to make them go faster. She also loved the bubble pit, the bubbles everywhere, and the VR experiences. Everything felt fun and gentle, not overwhelming. It also wasn't super crowded, which made the whole experience even better. The environment was calm enough for her to enjoy herself without getting overstimulated, and I truly appreciated that. If you have a child with sensory sensitivities or just want something fun and different to do, I definitely recommend Bubble Planet. We had a great time and would absolutely go again.

This new area was just like 7D Experience and The Flyer at Pier 39. And it's good to virtually ride alone. So bring your friends or loved ones with you to have a good dose of VR splendor. For starters, I chose the Blue Angels, which cost $10 for 3-4 minutes. Just imagine what it's like to ride behind the pilot while flying around the City by the Bay! I could've sworn I went completely upside down like a modern coaster ride. Might definitely come back to try the virtual Egyptian Tomb ride. It's good to see the owner used Lysol wipes to wipe away the VR device. As long as he's happy, so do I.

I asked if she was going to wipe/disinfect the head/eye piece and she said "we normally only wipe them end of the day." I kindly said I'm a nurse and they should be wiped between each customer. She pulled out a wipe and said "do you want to clean it?" I commented gently, "no I don't work here." She responded, "thanks for the comment I guess." If they followed proper hygiene they would have gotten 5 stars. I'm pleased to say the owner reached out to me and wrote me a very sincere email thanking me for my review and notifying him of the issue that he says will now be resolved and proper hygiene issues will be in place in the future. He also sent me a gc which was very nice.
