Best time ever! I didn't know I would get this sweaty, probably an equivalent of an hour intense workout! 1000/10!

Our game was the pirate themed Depths of Osiris (check out the preview vids on YouTube), and it was perfect for a team of an adult and two ten year olds. My boys had no trouble getting used to the VR gear they had to wear for the experience (a headset and two hand controllers - it was their first time). We had to cooperate to solve each room's puzzle to unlock a new room. Eventually, we got to the final scenario which was exciting and really required us to collaborate. The puzzles were well constructed and mostly understandable from a logic perspective. The graphics and sound were pretty decent (it's not super-high res like Cyberpunk) and matched the gameplay perfectly. We got some timely tips from the game master too, and cleared the puzzle with about a minute left on our 45 minute timer. The facilities are super clean and well maintained. They also have snacks and drinks which are nice to make the visit special for younger kids. My sons want to come back, and I do too. I also heard they are adding a physical escape room, so definitely something to look forward to.

Such a fun experience! A mix of escape room and whimsical virtual reality - what a refreshing way…read moreto reinvent both worlds. I've been to Diablo Escapes twice now and have always been impressed by the customer service. Make sure you get there 15-20 minutes early so you have time to finish any waivers and get your packs set up for the room. There is an adjacent parking lot so you shouldn't have any issue finding any spot. You can easily book online and see what difficulty level each game is. If you've done VR or escape rooms before, you can probably start with intermediate. Each game will require some communication and teamwork to solve challenges or other puzzles. It can get a little hectic, so make sure you mesh well with your group (truly). The VR component really makes you feel like you've been transported to another place - be warned that it can make you feel a little queasy if you're not used to it, but the staff are great in making sure you are comfortable. They're quick to help troubleshoot if you get stuck or anything. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun group outing. We went over to philz coffee after and then went to Bare Bottle Brewing for some lunch and drinks.

Her favorite part was right at the beginning, where the sea animals were swimming on the floor and she could step on them to make them go faster. She also loved the bubble pit, the bubbles everywhere, and the VR experiences. Everything felt fun and gentle, not overwhelming. It also wasn't super crowded, which made the whole experience even better. The environment was calm enough for her to enjoy herself without getting overstimulated, and I truly appreciated that. If you have a child with sensory sensitivities or just want something fun and different to do, I definitely recommend Bubble Planet. We had a great time and would absolutely go again.

(Wasn't really operational) Our group of friends wanted to try this experience out. We would recommend it for children for 10 and under. Since there were 12 of us, we opted for group rates which brought it down just a tad. My teenager was board but my 10 year old was down to just take in the moment and I was able to take looks of pics of my lil man. Great photo opportunities for little kids. The string lights is nice but tough to do without others walking around and having backgrounds. You have to definitely be patient enough for that pic chance where you're in between someone leaving or coming in!

Excellent! Game Day VR! A good place to burn some time after a half hour stroll across Westfield…read moreshopping mall. You would never miss Game Day. It's located in Concourse Food Court. This new area was just like 7D Experience and The Flyer at Pier 39. And it's good to virtually ride alone. So bring your friends or loved ones with you to have a good dose of VR splendor. For starters, I chose the Blue Angels, which cost $10 for 3-4 minutes. Just imagine what it's like to ride behind the pilot while flying around the City by the Bay! I could've sworn I went completely upside down like a modern coaster ride. Might definitely come back to try the virtual Egyptian Tomb ride. It's good to see the owner used Lysol wipes to wipe away the VR device. As long as he's happy, so do I.

I asked if she was going to wipe/disinfect the head/eye piece and she said "we normally only wipe them end of the day." I kindly said I'm a nurse and they should be wiped between each customer. She pulled out a wipe and said "do you want to clean it?" I commented gently, "no I don't work here." She responded, "thanks for the comment I guess." If they followed proper hygiene they would have gotten 5 stars. I'm pleased to say the owner reached out to me and wrote me a very sincere email thanking me for my review and notifying him of the issue that he says will now be resolved and proper hygiene issues will be in place in the future. He also sent me a gc which was very nice.
