A lot of games to choose from and everything we played worked which was nice. I did think some of the games were repetitive but maybe if you're into arcade games you know the difference. They also have a room inside for movies and a big screen outside on the lawn for movies as well. Bet that's nice in the summer!

The theme is fun and…read moreunique, however several of the games were not working during our visit, which was disappointing. The space also felt very tight, especially with a lot of people inside. This place would benefit greatly from being bigger and more open. The bathrooms were not in good condition and could really use better upkeep. The area with the couch and the computer system that hosts multiple games also needs attention--the table and couch felt very flimsy, and it would be helpful to have clear instructions posted on how to properly use the controls. It would also be nice if they opened a bit earlier. We did enjoy the pinball area across the way, which was much better overall, but even there, a few machines were completely out of order. Overall, it's a fun idea and has charm, but there's definitely room for major improvement in maintenance, space, cleanliness, and functionality. With some updates, this could be a really great spot.

I've been disappointed with the hit and miss on the quality of the meats I'm getting from local…read moregrocery stores so I started researching buying meat directly from a Missouri family farm. I met Tammy Robinson at the Tower Grove Farmers Market. Robinson Family Farms is in Wellsville, MO. All their meats are from animals that are born and raised on their farm. They sell beef, pork, chicken, and eggs. I told Tammy I would check out their website. They are a seventh-generation family farm. I checked the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service website and I didn't see any violations so I ordered the 15lb beef bundle. I received the order 4 days later. They deliver the meat personally to the St. Louis area every Thursday. They told me if someone isn't going to be home just leave a cooler with ice. I was so excited to receive the order. We initially tried a porterhouse steak and a ribeye. The flavor of these steaks were fabulous. They were very juicy and tender and delicious. Next we made burgers. I noticed their meat processor ground the beef a lot more which was nice. There's a significant difference in the taste and quality of their meats as compared to the meats from Schnucks or Dierbergs. We still have more ground beef, a chuck roast, another ribeye, and a sirloin steak to enjoy. I'm ordering another 15lb beef bundle so we don't run out. I am so happy with the entire farm to table experience. I HIGHLY recommend Robinson Family Farms!

The first band came out and the bass player and guitar player had them adjust their levels up. But they never turned up the vocals, so we could not hear the singer. The floor is not sloped, so if a very tall person sits in front of you, oh welllll. I will also say, the screening room only has one aisle to get into the seats, and it was a bit tight to squeeze past people if the only seats open were against the wall. I was also surprised that the bar served drinks in real glasses. Definitely saw a few broken wine glasses, which :E Sounds like I am full of nothing but complaints, but it is a nice microcinema and I would visit for a regular screening if I'm ever there not for the fest!

Retro theater is going strong…read more This small movie theater is still alive because of the college as they give a great student discount on tickets. If they didn't have that I am not sure it would stay afloat. Here you have to buy directly at the ticket counter or prepaid online, but no assigned seats so you need to go early or you risk not being sat with your group. The screen rooms are not stadium seating so its a slight lower slope. A seat in the back at this place is actually the best. The seats are leather material but do not recline or have any features like adjustable arm rests -- just a comfy chair. The concessions are mid and lack luster so I recommend eating before your film and just enjoy a box of candy and slushy there if you need to. For accessibility it's decent with the accessibility parking on the side. They need automatic doors. The bathroom smelled awful so I just washed my hands and got out.

That was not quite right, but we accepted it. But when we were ready to confirm, they advised us that they were bumping up the price by 40% (so $2,800 total), plus were adding a $500 cleaning fee, none of which was on their website or mentioned in any of their prior correspondence with us. Their excise was, "Oops, we didn't get around to updating the website?" Pathetic. Then, even though we'd already been communicating for a while, they said they wouldn't honor the $2,000 price. They said we were asking for a "discount," but what we were actually asking them to do was to simply honor their original quote. Their response was that they wouldn't budge on the preposterous $800 increase by even a dollar. A visit to the facilities is enjoyable. But avoid trying to do business with them, because they have no character or integrity.
