He just made the situation worse and worse. I've spent almost a week trying to get my phone replaced, of course he kept suggesting I upgrade. He was only trying to sell me a phone. I was very disappointed that they did not have other people working and we all had to wait for a long time. Please hire and train more employees. Also, the chairs in the office are all ripped, peeling, and look awful. They need to go to the landfill!! Goodness management you can go to an office furniture store and replace 7 chairs for less than $250. No matter how good the service & the product is this diminishes your credibility. I dropped $584 the day before. Please upgrade your office furniture for your clients. It truly does make a difference.
