The voice at the other end said what make is the car I said VW Beetle and got an immediate response no too late. I was absolutely speechless with the lack of service. The next day i tried another local service centre whom did not have a battery but got it within 2 hours and fitted it. It was slightly difficult to fit but the guy did it in about 20 minutes without issue. I have lived locally for 40 years and myself and children have always used Bush, BUT NEVER AGAIN shame on Bush Batteries!!
