They kept in good contact with me on the status of the repair and fixed it as good as new. I know you can order things online and even find some of the products they sell in box stores, however you will not get the level of treatment I received at Jamieson's. The price I paid for the speaker was the same price I could have ordered it online, but I never knew I was going to get the support and professionalism for no additional charge. Service was everything in this situation. If I had purchased it online, I would have a nearly 70 lb broken speaker and not a clue of what to do or how to fix it. First he was willing to send photos of the before and after repair for my Truck's rebuild scrapbook. Then the USPS (post office) lost my package. Michael continued to stay in contact and check in with me for weeks. Sadly the USPS never recovered my package. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING through the post office without making them put tracking numbers on it. I wish i had used UPS or FedEx, but I had trusted the Post office and that was my fault, no fault of Re-Circuit electronics.
