I had purchased a brand new G.E. refrigerator that was supposed to be a garage ready refrigerator. I purchased the refrigerator in December 2026. While using it for the last 4 months I did not realize at the time that my purchase was actually the wrong model and that it was not a garage ready refrigerator. I didnt realize because it was still cold in my garage so I didnt see any issues at the time. Now the weather has changed and my garage is hot so I was seeing how my refrigerator was struggling to stay cold inside. I own a micro bakery and I use it for many loads of sourdough bread. I called appliance 4 less and told them that I had looked up my refrigerator and that the one they sold me was not the one I had requested. I told them that on purchase I stated that I needed to have and only wanted a garage ready refrigerator. The kind woman did not argue with me and tried to help me. She looked to find me a garage ready refrigerator and told me they did not have one. The customer service I received was amazing especially in today's time you really dont find good customer service anymore but you do here. Because she couldn't find a refrigerator that I needed she offered to refund my money even with it being 5 months that I did use it. I was so surprised and honestly I expected to have many arguments and needing to get my credit card company involved but I didnt have to. I can say this company truly gives the best service its starts from the minute you walk in the door. I even got a free warranty on the refrigerator which was amazing. So if you are looking for an appliance I would not go anywhere else. This is the second purchase that I had made with Appliance 4 less and if I ever need or have someone I know that needs an appliance I will always tell people give appliance 4 less a chance. They might not always have what you need but if they do I would purchase the appliance at appliance 4 less because you won't regret it. Thank you appliance 4 less im sorry my purchase didnt work out. But I do want to say thank you for providing me the best customer service.

Prior to my going there I was contacted earlier in the day by Roy Mason the Store Manager. He had read my earlier reviews regarding my September visit to the business that included what I consider very poor customer service from employee Brendan Flowe; the Assistant Manager. Mr. Mason asked me several questions regarding my generator problem and then requested that I ask for him upon my arrival to the business. I arrived at the business and after speaking with Mr. Mason I knew that my generator problem would be resolved in a professional and non- hostile manner. Later that afternoon I picked up my generator and was told by Mr. Mason what the problem had been in regards to it not starting. He explained to me what had been done to repair it and also what the policy was regarding warranty work. Even though I still didn't have the warranty information in writing at least Mr. Mason went the extra mile to explain it to me which is something I couldn't get Brendan Flowe, the Assistant Manager to do during my September encounter with him. Mr. Mason's assistance and professionalism along with his outstanding customer service skills were all appreciated..... Thank you again for a great Tools For A Time experience.

I'm extremely disappointed with Tools for a Time, which is not something I ever thought I'd say…read more They've been a solid resource for my lawn care business for years, and I've consistently given them my business. Over the past year, after upgrading several pieces of equipment, the experience has gone downhill fast. Staff have been inconsistent and often uninformed about warranties, have failed to honor or properly handle warranty claims, and turnaround times have been unacceptable. Equipment has come back late, not fixed correctly, or in worse condition than when it was dropped off. "Well, you can bring it back," is not acceptable when you rely on your equipment to make a living. I've only purchased Shindaiwa and Echo products through them, so maybe the manufacturers share some responsibility, but customer service and accountability still matter. I'm honestly shocked at how little regard has been shown to loyal, long-term customers. At this point, I can't recommend Tools for a Time to other professionals who depend on reliable equipment and timely service.

I found Curtis to be very knowledgeable and considerate in his manner. He provided me with the first available appointment and walked me through his process and local headliner vendor he uses to ensure that the replacement is OEM standard. I also appreciated two other really standout things about our interaction: (1) he only asks for payment when the job is completed and (2) he honors military with a discount for the total job. I can attest to you that Curtis upholds his company's motto "Service is our business." I will consider American Radio for future vehicle accessories for our vehicles -- All of their products carry at least a three year warranty and are installed by their trained, professional technicians. Since 1975 they have excelled at car dealer work so they know how important is quality Customer Service.
