I was called about a fob (FINALLY ARRIVING THAT I HAD TO ORDER).. I hustled to get here and was told "She cannot do it today" , then told if I can WAIT ANOTHER 20 minutes ", this was as I was in my car crafting this review!! Yes, pretty ticked!!! I would give them zero stars!!!! Waste of a customers time. The bad thing is I do have to come back another time to get the fob I already paid for!!!! No buys !!!! I am going on other social media platforms to advise people to avoid! They didn't have the Battery the customer before me needed. Seems like to me they don't have much stock of anything, because they had to order my item too! So now , I have to make another trip. I hope my fob works well because I don't want t!! Went back to get fob programmed, COST ME ANOTHER $45 BUCKS!!! I was told that I was already charged that, when I did original purchase!!! I will never use this business!! You been warned!!!! I've made three purchases from BP+. My first was very positive. So positive I made another purchase (motorcycle battery). That too was positive. The first purchased battery lasted 11 months which is out of warranty, but I went ahead purchasing another battery. All these purchases have been scheduled or purchased online which BP+ offers a small discount for this practice. The first purchase, no discount given. I pointed this out to the cashier, but to no avail. Besides that, my experience was great. So great I purchased a new motorcycle battery in April 2021. Another positive experience. The cashier charged a core charge which I expected since I did not have the dead battery at time of pick up. But cashier explained this was no problem and to just bring it by anytime and get refunded my core charge. Third purchase and also returning the dead battery for the core refund, not so good. Rude, with attitude employees and zero effort to handle two simple items. First and without giving up, I argued for the $10 discount given to me by scheduling battery replacement on line. Now for the core charge, "We don't do that here." even when I was told to put the dead battery on the floor beside two other old batteries. Zero effort to find my purchase by using my phone number or account number. This is something their sales system could have easily done, but no effort attempted. BP+ corporate said a receipt was needed for the core charge, but since it was purchased online, the transaction number was really all that was needed. This number could be found by simply typing in my phone number into the sales system. But instead, dumb looks and shrugged shoulders. BTW, then acted pissed off that I said I will take my dead battery back and find another store that "does that here." Lost a customer for good. read more

Great for batteries! Horrible for screen replacements! Took my child's iPod to have it fixed, that was July, they broke it and replaced it with a refurbished iPod that wouldn't work, took it back, still have no replacement! It's November tomorrow! No one returns phone calls, managers seem to not care. Very disappointing! read more

TERRIBLE!! They will not get anymore of our business! Broke off a part on my car. Never asked me when he "tried" to fix it, now I have to spend another 100 dollars on something the guy broke. Spoke with the guy who calls himself the manager. He was rude and short with me. (Mind you it was their mistake) and I did call corporate. If they had of been up to par on their customer service and tried to make it right instead of getting short I would not have a problem. I will tell everyone I encounter how poor their business is. If you are brave enough to buy from them don't let their unqualified people put your battery in. read more

It would be lower if I could post half a star. I went in at the end of last week to prepay for some bulbs that had to be special ordered. That's understandable. I was told that I had to buy 10 bulbs even though I only needed 2 because they could only order in that amount. Again, not really a good business practice in my opinion, but I ordered them because I needed the bulbs. So I'm quoted a price, I go to the store and pay for 10 instead of 2, get my receipt and wait. I get a phone call a few days later saying they had new info on the bulbs. Now the price has gone up on the bulbs and they have to charge me more per bulb and that if I want to get my bulbs I have to pay the uncharged price. I told the guy on the phone that I was quoted a certain price, AND ALREADY PAID THAT PRICE, and they were supposedly ordered last week. I was told the manager was the franchise owner and that he didn't care what I thought, that if I wanted the bulbs I had to pay the new higher price to get them. Against my better judgement I just asked that the bulbs be ordered because I needed them. To let everyone know, this is how they do business at the Florence, AL store. I havent recieved my bulbs yet, so we'll see how that goes. read more
