Went there for the first time today. Down the road from walmart a mile or so. The shop is clean and well maintained. Haven't seen the glass yet, but really liked talking to Nathon. He was knowledgeable of the various strains and what someone might be looking for. Knew the right questions to ask. Also signed up for the VIP program that they have recently started. You will want to pay a lot of attention when you are approaching the driveway. It is very easy to miss. I do like the fenced in parking lot, especially given the dark corner. Just look for the BRIGHT green lights! Then look for the driveway. Right before an actual turn that you cannot access the parking lot from. Check it out. You will be glad you did. read more

Man I have straight up horror stories from this place.. I kept going back because they carry the good brands but WOW the budtenders are CLUELESS and cant answer a simple question. I have been in 3 different times when I picked out my products and they sold me something different. First 2 times I get it, I should have checked my bag before leaving and I should have paid attention to what the budtender was ringing up (not my responsibility but whatever) but the last time I went in they sold me something that was over 20 dollars more than what I picked out! Yes I should have known when the total was too high before I checked out but they have such high prices I didn't think much of it. Them on my way out I looked in the bag and took out the item that I did not pick out yet they sold me. As I walked back up to the counter the boss lady I think her name is Megan ?? Started loudly saying "WOAH MAN we can't have you take that out of your bag!!" Which is completely incorrect btw.. So I explained what happened, said I havent left the store so I would like to please exchange my product. She then (still pretty much yelling in my face) told me I should have been paying attention and theres nothing she could do. This is THE MOST EXPENSIVE cannabis shop within a reasonable driving distance for Shelton area residents. The manager treated me like I was an idiot. I bought several different vape cartridges at Batstone and they all failed. About $300 worth. They kept recommending different brands and I trusted them. But they all failed. One of them, when I came back and complained, he said they get a lot of complaints about them. Why do you sell them, and why did you recommend it to me? When I asked for my money back, the manager started quoting fake federal and state laws on why he couldn't take a return, he thought I was stupid and I didn't know the law, well he was wrong. He said federal law doesn't allow him to take returns. Lol, federal law doesn't allow him to operate at all, and State law allows for returns of electronic devices sold at cannabis shops such as vape cartridges. After I called him out on his "knowledge" of the law, I asked him to contact the owner, and ask for a refund. I came in twice. Gave him my phone number and contact information TWICE to give to the owners. After being blown off for a couple weeks, I finally contacted them through facebook. I threatened to take them to small claims court. They offered to refund me one of the cartridges. A $45 refund on $300 worth of defective merchandise. I should have dragged them into court and made an example of them. It would have been worth it to have it in the public record that these people will rip you off if given the chance. They act like they want to help you, they greet you and are enthusiastic etc but its all an act. They are extremely overpriced compared to other similar businesses in the area and if anything goes wrong, you are a piece of garbage to them. When I walked in to get my measly $45 refund, I noticed a brand new sign in the window proclaming they have the right to refuse service to anyone. Go at your own peril.
